Reception staff need to relax a bit. Too commercial sometimes. They lose touch with the customer. My opinion 🤝

Location is very near by the My Khe beach 3 mins walk. The service was so nice by all staff I’m impressed. The room is cleans and new renovated but furnitures are old-looking. The drain is very slow and makes noise all the time even when you not using it. Breakfast was okay not so many choice but because of the price is so cheap I could not complain. I don’t mind at all. Did not go check the pool out though.

Only a few blocks from the beach, which was super nice. The pool would have been nicer if it was deeper. We used their laundry service which was quick, easy and 30k per kg.

The rooms are basic. However, the location is perfect if you're looking for that beach getaway. Taxis are cheap so it's not a problem getting around. The staff were the highlight of my stay here as they were the nicest people ever. Super friendly and helpful!! Always greet you with a warm smile. The breakfast was pretty good in my opinion, most things change daily but the general gist is the same

Overall, it was a pleasant stay with a good location,very happening, nice breakfast and reasonable price, short walking distance to My Khe Beach. The restaurant beside the hotel provides a very nice smoked pork and beef which is a must try! Nevertheless, the receptionist informed me that they needed to change the family room that I booked into two separate rooms which was not quite a pleasant start to us. They managed to provide a family room after I insisted.

Perfect location, close to the beach. Great eating places around the hotel. Bars and nightlife all around. It’s in the middle of the tourist area. Hotel staff is super nice and helpful. Scooter rental at the desk. Breakfast is fresh but Asian still something for anyone.

The rooms have a nice smell and are spacious. The shower could be a bit cleaner but is really good for the area. The beds are comfy and they give a lot of pillows which is nice. It is not as noisy as other hotels nearby as the hotel is in the middle of a side street.

I enjoyed my stay at Palazzo hotel, the staff and owner were all very friendly and helpful. They were always smiling, friendly and ready to help. The location is great, only one street away from the beach and near lots of good restaurants and bars. Nice rooftop pool with a view of the ocean. You can rent a motorcycle from the hotel to explore the city or do a day trip to Hoi An. I will definitely stay here again next time I go to Da Nang!

Fantastic location, so close to the beach and nightlife, but not too noisy. Staff are really friendly and helpful. Room is basic, but comfortable. Very fair price!

Management was comfortable to issue refunds for unsuccessful stays and re-scheduling dates but recent booking does not seem to be successful. No refund and flexibility to re-schedule booking date is available. Please re-look on the System Policy & Guidelines of Hotel.
