New Orient Hotel is the best for us to stay for short get away, we regrets that we stay only 2nights, the staff Miss Jenny is very helpful to us, like booking the car to visit marble mountain, hoi an,, most of the staff in new Orient hotel are friendly, we love their rooftop bar specially the manager on that rooftop bar, the bar tender, is worth to stay in this hotel, value for money, the buffet breakfast is awesome. Thanks Miss Jenny😘

My sister and I booked the hotel for 3 days, was in a great location! Staff was so friendly and super accommodating and the hotel was beautiful.

Amazing service by the check in crew and lovely rooms and view from the room. Highly recommended for couples and family and will stay there again should I visit da nang!

The beautiful pool and exercise area were so nice! Everyone was friendly, the room was clean, and everything was perfect~ Ah, the breakfast, rooftop bar, and pool were also great~~

If the weather is not too hot, it is within walking distance to tourist attractions such as the Pink Cathedral and Han Market. The accommodations are spacious for the price, so I had a comfortable stay! The rooftop is nice. However, the only thing I was disappointed about was that there was no air conditioning in the fitness room, or that it was not working.

For the price, the quality exceeded my expectations and I was very satisfied! The food was delicious and the service was great! The welcome drink was also delicious!

The room is spacious and nice. You can see the mountains, city and river. The staff is also very friendly. There is a famous Madame Run nearby, about a 3-minute walk away. However, you can't watch YouTube on the TV. It's good that the shower and toilet are separate, but there is no door to the ceiling, so evil spirits can get out. The ventilation fan is weak. There are two washrooms, and you can take out your bathrobe from the bathroom. Also, for some reason, the rooftop pool closes at 2pm. Most hotels are open at night, so you can sit by the pool and enjoy the night breeze, but this hotel requires you to order at the bar at night before you can even sit on a chair by the pool. Even guests can't do this. It's pretty stingy. There is nothing nearby, so it's not a good idea to go for a walk. The breakfast was pretty tasty, with a good view from the venue. I was also going to Madame Run, so one night was enough.

The waiters Rose & Johnny are very friendly and have a serious work attitude and are sincere to customers. There are many local delicacies near the hotel, and it is also close to the local market where you can buy a lot of local food and goods. It is adjacent to the cruise ship pier.

The hotel facilities and pool were clean, and the staff service was excellent. However, one thing that was unfortunate was that from morning until late at night, there was a constant noise that I couldn't tell if it was the sound of drums or instruments. If you are sensitive to noise, I recommend that you reconsider. The staff service was always the best with a smile and a friendly greeting.

First of all, the swimming pool is really pretty and the photos come out well. This alone makes this hotel a great place to take Instagram photos. I booked a suite, but they upgraded me to a duplex for free because it was fully booked, which was nice. Thanks to that, I had a great time. The location isn't that bad, and there's a nail shop in the building next door, so I went to get my nails done and they seem to be pretty and good. The breakfast wasn't that great,,

I stayed here for 2 nights on my first trip to Vietnam. The room was spacious and there was a wide variety of breakfast options, so I was able to stay comfortably. I was able to watch the fireworks from the rooftop restaurant, which was a wonderful memory.
