The word boutique in its name is very misleading. This is the equivalent of a motel in the US or a place to crash before catching a flight the next morning. Cleanliness is questionable as towels were gray and there was black mold on the bathroom ceiling. Walls are very thin so you can hear people talking.

Overall value for money. Breakfast is basic. 2 eateries just beside the hotel, many more eateries within 15 mins walking distance. Room is clean and facilities are ok. Walk down main road 20 mins will be the dragon bridge. Cross bridge will be the night market. Staffs are friendly. Had a free upgrade of room which was nice.

It is not convenient to take a shower in the bathroom, the steps are too high. The drainage system of the bathroom is not good enough and it is easy to flood. The room facilities are actually good, but they may have aged due to time. There are cracks and mildew on the wall, and the quilt cover is not clean enough. The room is not soundproofed, and there are several Indians making noise in the corridor almost every night! The waiter is polite and courteous.

I arrived early in the morning and looked for an inexpensive place near the airport to stay. The room was spacious, had a window, and the bed was very spacious. However, there was no refrigerator in our room, and there were no drinks provided, so we bought beer and drank it from a street vendor in front of the hotel. But that was also a fun memory.
There wasn't a lot of variety in breakfast, but it was all very delicious. It is good value for money for 0.5 nights ^^
