The hotel staff were very kind, and even when I contacted the front desk late at night because the hair dryer or other room parts had broken, they were happy to help. There were no staff members who spoke Japanese, but they were able to speak to me in English, so it was not a problem.
The room was very clean, and even the bathroom was well-maintained. There were plenty of amenities too. The clear glass in the bathroom had a curtain that could be closed, so my worries were unfounded.
I requested a room on a higher floor, and they provided one there just as I requested. The room was spacious, so I think you'll be able to relax in it.
