The location is very near to My Khe beach and it’s take about only 5 minutes working distance from the beach.

We stayed at the Royal Ocean Hotel for 3 nights, the room was clean and had everything we needed. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the swimming pool was a bonus. Location was ideal for us as we hired a bike from the hotel so most attractions we wanted to visit were only a ten minute drive away.

Good location and friendly staff

Focus on cheap price, no buffet, but there is breakfast and coffee to choose from. There was a problem when checking in. The hotel didn't see the reservation.

Location near the sea, walk to Dragon Bridge Night Market about 2 km. Good service staff, clean rooms. If you like the sea, this location is very good. It's very close to walk.

4 star hotel in Danang, not expensive, convenient, not far from the airport, about 5 kilometers to the hotel, very fresh staff. On the second day, we will leave for Ba Na Hills and have to leave very early in the morning. If you reserve breakfast, you may not get to eat it. So he will pack it for you to eat. Very impressed. Location near the beach Near minimart and restaurants The receptionist provides good service. There is a motorcycle rental service. The room is quite small. The bed is soft and a bit squishy. Saw some sea views from the window. The rooms are not as clean as they should be. There were still cigarette remnants and a slight smell from previous guests. The room is not very soundproof. I heard people talking late at night. small swimming pool Some exercise equipment is not available.

The location is very good, just a few storefronts along the street is the beach. There are 2 supermarkets next door, and two specialty stores, and there are a lot of things in the store. The service is average and not very enthusiastic. The room is not big and the equipment is relatively old. The chair is a thick sofa chair with many stains on the cushion and back of the chair. The wood on the back of the chair separated when I pulled it. I thought it was damaged by myself.

The cost performance and access to the sea are good. They were very polite and helpful, telling us where the nearest ATM was. The room is a little old, but it's fine for a one night stay.

I stayed at Royal Family Hotel, Da Nang for 2 nights this month, with my wife and 2 teenage sons. The hotel is situated very close to Da Nang beach. I'd booked a Family Connecting Room (2 rooms with a connecting door), on the 14th floor and we had a lovely view of the city and the beach from our room. The room by itself was neat and spacious for 4 people. We faced some plumbing issues soon as we checked into the room (water wasn't draining out the bathing area) and that was a disappointing part to start with. But it was attended to once we raised a complaint with the front desk. Moreover, when we reached the hotel from the airport at local time around 10 pm, the reception staff said the bell boy had retired for the day and so we had to wheel our luggage into the lifts and thereafter into our room on our own. The breakfast buffet (complimentary as part of the room cost) was on the 2nd floor, and there was no AC nor any ventilation on this floor. Being vegetarians, we had a tough time breathing and having breakfast given the strong smell of meat on the floor. Moreover, there's hardly anything for vegetarians in the menu, so we managed with fruit juice, bread, fruits and veg noodles. The Da Nang beach is within walking distance and that was definitely a plus as far as the location of the hotel is concerned. The staff were friendly but English clearly isn't an easy language for them to communicate in but we managed somehow. Overall, I'm giving 3 stars to the Royal Family Hotel, Da Nang as the shortcomings I've mentioned above overshadow the lovely location of the hotel.

After our original booking fell through, we found ourselves at Royal Family hotel. The hotel itself is located a 2 minute walk from the beautiful stretch of beach, and on the main road leading to Dragon Bridge (25 min walk). The reception staff were extremely helpful and friendly, and we managed to work around the language barrier by exchanging numbers and whatsapping any questions we had. The very helpful lady on reception, Ya, booked tours for us, and our onward travel. We had a double room on the 12th floor with a sea view. Bed was comfortable, room was clean. The shower was incredible! Air con worked well. We took advantage of the laundry service which took a day to come back washed and ironed, which smelt lovely. We had a breakfast one morning which was okay, noodles, breads, cold meats. The lobby area is very clean and comfortable. The rooftop pool was a surprise! We didn’t have chance to use it but it looked very inviting. Overall a lovely stay, and excellent price taking into account location.

The room had a terrible moldy smell, and the back of the bathroom door was covered in mold. The shower room floor was slippery. The shower and refrigerator were broken and completely unusable. The window lock was broken, so the window was left open and mosquitoes came in, and the sound of car horns was so loud I couldn't sleep. The towels were black and tattered, with yellow stains. The refrigerator was repaired but the problem was not improved. They came again at 8:30 the next morning, which was very inconvenient. This is the worst place I've ever stayed at. I want a refund.
