Thank you for hospitality! Perfect service in the reception, at the restaurant, everywhere. Polite and friendly staff. Separate thanks for the view from our room. We lived on the 10 th floor, from one wind we could see the Gua Ning statue and the sea, from another window we could see the Dragon bridge. Thank you for wonderful stay and grateful memories of Danang city!

I and my husband have a wonderful time in Da Nang. Hotel is located very convenient and near My Khe Beach, near Tran Thi Ly bridge, crowded road with many restaurants, coffee shop, drug store.... Staffs are friendly and nice.

Affordable hotel not far from the beach. Nice rooftop pool and bar. Buffet breakfast with a rotating menu. Comfortable rooms, good water pressure in the showers, and tasteful decor. The staff were always friendly with a hello, good morning/afternoon/night welcome for you. I enjoyed my stay and I would come again next time in town.

My third time here but not impressed with my room on this.. it was noisy.. cleaning ladies didn t follow do not disturb sign & kept trying to get in when asleep in morning. Noisy customers too both sides .No proper curtain closing.. draining issues in bathroom. The only good thing is rooftop pool and reception staff

No luck to use the pool, though, the views were fantastic. Sunday provide no poolside breakfast. It's very close to mykee beach. No airport pickup service although Trips. Com stated in their advertisement.

Rules was very strict. Remember, partial sea view just see Seaview from your window corner. It’s not worthy for money, Trip : go for City view if you have budget for hotel. 🏨 You can exchange your $ from hotel reception. And breakfast 🥞 was very good and buffet. Last but not the least, infinity ♾️ pool. Wow 🤩 best experience and water was clean 🤙

Good location and near the beach.

The staff are really nice and helpful Susie! She is amazing and also a guy who was one of the staff( I don’t know his name) he is really helpful , the hostel it’s really clean and nice fitness, swimming at the rooftop also a bar , great view up there , I came with my friend and we really enjoyed while we stayed there , the location it’s really nice many restaurants around easy to walk not too far to walk to the beach 10/10 I recommend!!!

I'd recommend this hotel and I'd stay here again. We were pleasantly surprised at how great this hotel was. The price and location were great. The beds were comfortable. The pool on the roof was fun and great for viewing a fireworks show. But most importantly, the staff were awesome. They were so helpful and friendly. They really made us feel welcomed. Lucy, Tracy, Chilli and Daisy at reception were always quick to answer questions, exchange money and help with travel arrangements. Really the only critic my family had was the gym was so so. For me, not a big deal because I had a pool with a great view and could walk to the beach. For me and my family, the welcome from the staff outweighed that by far. We loved the staff and the facilities. The breakfast had some Western options and lots of Asian style options, for me I liked the options, but I know for some foreigners, veggies for breakfast is odd. Still, the had pancakes, eggs, fruit and bread, so that would fit those needs. Anyway, we really enjoyed our stay here.

Good hotel with cheap price as compare with surrounding hotels. The price is very attractive considering that the hotel has just renovated and rejuvenated in 2023. After the renovation, the standard has gone up many notches. The hotel location is on one of the busiest street and within walking distance to My Khe beach. Also very near to the city and Han river. There is two swimming pools at the top floor which also gives you an open beautiful panoramic view of the surrounding city nights light. These makes for good instagrammable background photos. The staffs are very friendly and helpful. It would helps in communication if you could use Google translate to Vietnamese to communicate with them. The front desk and receptionist can communicate in English and the bell hop can communicate with a bit of Chinese. The hotel also can arranges and provides tour bookings to all the tourist attractions as well as transportation booking, which would be helpful for non-local tourists. Laundry service is available and good. The clothes when collected before 9.00 am in morning, it will be sent back to your room in the evening. Buffet breakfast for two is included in the hotel rates and the food is good.

The room is very clean and design is good. The hotel staffs from receptionist, housekeeper and restaurant provide impeccable service. The beach is just walking distance away, and the nearby surroundings is full of good food as well. Thanks Fivitel King 👍🏻
