Good hotel and service with cleanness. But commercial behaviour more trying to approach for money. No doubt about location and services with amenities .

Excellent location, magnificent view from the window, room in good condition, clean. The breakfasts were very good and varied, although sometimes there was nowhere to sit. What I didn’t like was that upon check-in there was a deposit of 500,000. The procedure for returning them was quite humiliating - I left early in the morning, the taxi was already waiting and I had to wait about 15 minutes until they apparently woke up the maid and she counted all the glasses (or whatever she was checking for 15 minutes). The refrigerator in the room did not work and it was not replaced in 4 days. Because of this I got food poisoning. Due to feeling unwell, I called the reception and asked to bring something from breakfast. This request was refused, although usually other hotels somehow resolve this issue. In the daytime, from 12 to 15 o'clock, somewhere upstairs something was being repaired and destroyed with a hammer drill, which was not conducive to rest. The splendor of the room's interior was in dissonance with the worn, worn out slippers with the hotel logo.

Check in & check out quickly. Close to the beach and dining center. Be gentle. Clean room 🆗

The good facilities and friendly staff were very nice.

The facilities were good, and the view was really nice as it was right in front of My Khe Beach! The breakfast menu changed every day, so it was fun to eat and it was delicious! The staff were so kind that I didn't know what to do ㅠㅠ LOL. However, although the location is a bit ambiguous when going to major places, everything else makes up for it! You can move around using Grab! I will definitely use it again on my next visit to Da Nang!

It's in front of My Khe Beach, so the view is great. I stayed one night in a Premier Deluxe King Room, and it was really nice because the room was bigger than it looked in the pictures!! There are also many good restaurants nearby, so it's a great location to go for a meal, and it's easy to catch a taxi!!

The ocean view on the upper floor was perfect. The room condition is also pretty good. But the location... is a bit ambiguous. Food, supermarkets, My Khe Beach, etc. are too far to walk, but too short to get a Grab. The best locations are Muong Thanh, Haian Jade, and Rosamia. It takes about 15 minutes to walk from Grant Touran to Muong Thanh. It takes about 15 minutes to get to the wooden restaurant. There's no problem walking in the evening when the sun goes down... but in the afternoon when the sun is shining... it's terrible. It was a shame that the 21st floor sky bar was left unattended. A swimming pool depth of 0.8m to 1.5m is just right, It's very spacious... but there is no shade at all. Sunscreen and sun cap are required.

The sound insulation effect of the room is extremely poor! And there is no balcony. The service is still good, but the hardware facilities are too poor!
