Cordial Hotel and Spa Reviews

Stayed in a 2 bedroom apartment (1 king bed, 2 queen beds, 2 bathrooms) as a group of 6 on the 10th floor. Rooms were spacious and well equipped (had a kitchenette with blender, fridge, and microwave) and were kept very clean and tidy throughout the stay by housekeeping. Hotel is situated close to My Khe Beach (about 10 min walk or 2-3 min bike ride), which was not crowded and very clean and good for swimming. Many places, good restaurants, and nightlife were also within 10-15 mins' ride away. Staff were generally nice and eager to help, especially when recommending places to visit, or helping to arrange for motorbike rentals. Some things to note: - Parking, rooftop pool, and breakfast, are all at the sister property (Cordial Grand) diagonally opposite the hotel. Might be inconvenient for some but we had no issue with this. - The bath tub/shower combi had no curtain, so it was a bit of a challenge to take a shower in it without wetting the whole toilet. Overall, pleasant stay, value for money! Would recommend.

The location is good and there are many things nearby, but the facilities are a bit old. It's just okay for the price.

I liked it. The window is big and the person is so beautiful. I didn't enter the pool. The airport is close to the sea. The environment was very good because of the big windows.

It's just that. It's cheap because it's expensive too ㅜㅜㅜㅜ The location is a bit bad. Just eat outside for breakfast. Not much for the incorporation

Nice hotel with an infinity roof top pool. Room was clean and the wifi worked . Top value for money if you are on a budget. I didn’t have breakfast there so I can’t comment on that. It’s a bit away from The town centre but has plenty of eating facilities around for a few nights

Good value for the cost. The fridge wasn’t very cold, and the internet wasn’t the best. But the price was good, and the staff was very good.

Like most hotels in Vietnam you’re getting great value for money and this is no exception wonderful friendly service from the staff especially hana who will greet you with a smile and go out of her way to make your stay enjoyable Small but nice pool area,comfortable beds,good shower Good Wi-Fi,great price,what more do you want?

The hotel is claimed to be 4 stars but far from reality. Do not waste your time and money. Look for somewhere else that much worth it in Danang. Beautiful city to explore and so many great hotels. This hotel is like motel style service, the receptionis Joey is very rude and has no customer service skills. Management need to consider i re train him or their business will be affected badly because of him. The bed sheet was never replaced in our 4 days stay. The room however was cleaned without changing the sheet. The breakfast is very basic. (Fried rice, congee, white toast, fruits, salad, eggs station, coffee n tea. Nothing more. For the price you paid its okay but do not claimed to be 4 stars.. its deceiving.

We arrived late night and Duc was very sweet and welcoming, and good at English. Very helpful and honest and told us the different options. We took his advice and we were very happy. We planned to stay only one night but decided to stay one more night and go to Ba Na hills which they helped us to plan out. The pool in the is so nice and the rooms are clean and comfortable. And our laundry was done in a couple of hours. Super quick service. Everything works. Specially the staff was nice! Thank you very much Duc, Nhi and Quyen! ❤️

Great value. The hotel was clean and comfortable. Staff was top notch and extremely helpful. My room was more than i expected. Also, the morning buffet breakfast did not disappoint and served a wide variety of choices.
