The reception girl’s service is the worse I met, one of the girl use strong hard feeling tone to ask you sit to wait for her check in job even you don’t want to have seat! Then the other one use strong impatient tone with loud voice to talk with us! More, I called operation twice for tissue, but after long time, I called three time to ask where’s the tissue, the girl told me I never called them!? And so many insect dead in bed everyday!

A nice place to stay in DaNang with a surprise room upgrade from the hotel upon arrival. Decent breakfast and the check out process is smooth and fast.

The room was clean. And the views from the balcony of our room were amazing! Even though the room was huge, the space could not be well used. The curtains could not be completely closed, waking us in the morning, resulting in our poor sleeping quality. Also, the operator on the phone was not too friendly. When I called for housekeeping, they never came despite waiting for 45 minutes. The swimming pool was small and dark. For the location, although it was next to the beach, it was quite far away from the main beach area where most shops are located. Being a 5-star hotel in Da Nang, this hotel is up to reasonable standard, but it can never be compared to 5-star hotels in major cities like Hong Kong.

Great service, good location with stunning sea view. I will definitely choose Sel De Mer Hotel again.

Perfect cozy room, sky bar was pretty too especially with Halloween decorations. Nice view. However, The construction beside was pretty loud till we can hear it from our room.

The ocean view is beautiful, service is excellent. Breakfast is great.

Nice Ocean View Room Nice swimming pool with covered. However, there is only shampoo available in Changing room but no Body Wash, no mirror…. Not even hook in the shower room….etc. that’s area is lack of detailed consideration in setup which need improvement. Front office & Concierge staff are helpful and cheerful. But staff should put on mask if not feeling well as I saw one of the Receptionists keep sneezing which scare me. F&B service staff are pleasant too. But Kitchen staff courtesy or attitude level need to improve. Convenient to the beach. Generally speaking, good hotel & staff
