I booked a suite in advance. When I checked in, I was told that there was something wrong with it and was put in a cheaper room. I demanded a refund of the price difference. They promised, but only part of it. They didn't refund anything. The next day, I finally got into the suite. There were no signs of repairs to the bathtub that they told me about. So, I was simply deceived.
The location is bad, there is nothing around to eat or even buy water. There is no service. There are no robes or disposable slippers. It's dirty.
On the plus side - very cheap. This makes up for many of the shortcomings. But it's not a deception of the guest.

Excellent price for a hotel! £7 and couldn't complain. Super friendly reception desk, allowed us to check in early, and overall very pleasant. While the room was admittedly a little dirty, for the price this was expected. Large balcony overlooking Da Nang river and also a beautiful Buddha statue/temple to the left. Highlight of the stay: largest TV so far out of all the hotels across Vietnam :)

The hotel is very unhygienic. There are footprints on the quilts and sheets in the room, there are mold spots on the sheets, there are hair on the sheets, and the pillows are very dirty. The quilt and mattress are yellow and stained. Very disgusting. This is the worst hotel I have ever seen.
I booked a room for three days, but I didn't check in for a day. The front desk said that they would refund the room fee for two days, but they didn't agree when I applied on the platform. No credibility.
