This is my first time in Da Nang. I chose this hotel because I thought it would be okay if they accepted solo travelers and provided breakfast.
In the end (my standards are pretty loose), it was OK.
It's an old building, so I didn't expect a "hot shower" or high water pressure, but it was there!
For breakfast, the staff's dedicated craftsman (who was hanging out in the afternoon. A very nice guy.) made scrambled eggs for me.
They also looked after my luggage after I checked out.
The refrigerator in the room wasn't cooling (obviously broken), but they said it was for display purposes, which was understandable (lol), and when I asked a different staff member the same thing the next day, they replaced it with one that cooled a little.
On the reception floor, there was a Honda Cub on display, which showed their love for Japan.
If you're used to package tours where everything is provided for you, I recommend not choosing this hotel.
For people who enjoy local culture, this is a reasonable hotel that is close to the coast and "good."

First time giving a bad review, this hotel is really abstract.
1- There are two pots of bright yellow chrysanthemums at the door
2- When checking in, the front desk wanted to keep my passport with him, which I have never encountered
3- I was given the room card of 902, and when I opened the door, there was someone inside, sleeping naked, so I quickly backed out
4- When I changed rooms, there was only one plug for charging in the whole room

The bathroom had a continuous disgusting odour like a sewer. I was in Room 1302. I couldn't tolerate being in the bathroom for more than 10 seconds at a time.
Staff were aware of this issue yet allocate that room.
Hotel could only change the room the next day.
Breakfast was basic and acceptable. Location was good.
Advice, book another hotel if you can
