I had a great stay! The room was clean and spacious, and the counter staff were very kind and helpful. The location is excellent, making it convenient to get around. Overall, everything was very good, and I would definitely book again. A few points for improvement: It would be helpful to have an in-house phone to contact the front desk. The air conditioning could be upgraded—despite setting it to full power, it was still quite warm, and when set to higher power, it became noisy. It might need some maintenance. A wider variety of breakfast options would also be appreciated. Looking forward to my next stay!

It's going to be a rather long review. We had booked through trip.com, and we arrived around midnight. There was some mix-up due to which our booking was not in hotel records. But I had all the details and had already paid. We had booked for 4 nights. 7th June till 11th June. I need to mention here that it wasn't the hotel's fault. In spite of not being the hotel's mistake, the night shift receptionist Mr. Quan was so apologetic that this had happened and apologised to us many times and immediately arranged an upgraded room us. But for the next day the room was not available. The day shift staff "Miss Suong" took charge and asked to continue without planned activities, and at the end of the day, we had to go to another hotel nearby. All our luggage was transferred to that hotel and, of course, with an upgraded room. We spent the night there, then the next day, we continued with our activities further. Back in the evening, our luggage was again transferred back to Nhat Ming by their staff. For the remaining 2 days. We got an upgraded room with superb Seaview. During the 4 days, time and again, Mr Quan, Miss Suong and 2 more personnel, Miss Huyen, Miss Linh and Mr Minh took care of our family personally, may it be during the breakfast, arranging for our Bana Hill trip or our beach activities. Mr. TruongThey really made us feel at home. Special mention to Miss Suong and Mr Quan. Thank you both so much. 🙏🙏 Thank you, and thanks a million times to the entire staff of Nhat Minh Hotel and apartments. You are my best experience in my entire life's hotel experiences. Basically, I felt that the Vietnamese people are curtious, kind, and helpful, but you guys made my Da Nang trip the best experience of my life. I believe that at the end of the day, the people you meet make your experience enjoyable. Thank you, Nhat Minh. Now for the people who want to know about the rest of the hotel. The rooms are large, comfortable, clean, and well ventilated. The crystal clear beach is just 2 mins of walk. To experience sun rise, you can get the best view from your hotel's sea view room on the higher floors. Good maintenance. You get what you pay for. But in Nhat Minh Hotel, you get more than that. As far as the breakfast is concerned, good healthier choices but without compromising on taste. Freshly cooked eggs upon request on the spot. Many varieties, both local and continental. About the amenities, just name it, and you have it with 5 mins walk. If you want trouble free, the hotel can arrange for trips and tours. Most of the attractions around Da Nang are within VND 60000 or USD 2.40. Finally, thank you so much, Nhat Minh Hotel. I really owe you one. This review is not written in the spur of the moment but written 8 days after Da Nang, 2 more places and back to Singapore.

We were quite pleased with the hotel. It was a 3 minutes walk from the beach and close to many eateries and coffee shops. The staff was ever so friendly and helpful whenever we had a question. We booked the Deluxe King Room with Sea view (floor to ceiling windows with lots of light). A big bed and a bathtub were important features for us. The breakfast buffet was good but basic, but again very friendly staff members. The safe in our room was broken which was a bit of a downside. We'd certainly stay there again.

Although the hotel is rather old & the room curtain railings were in need of repairs as some parts were letting the sunlight in since the room I had, had full windows left to right. But overall it was clean. Breakfast was good but could be improved.

The hotel is near the beach and a lot of good seafood restaurants around. The room is nice and clean and the service is good. No complaints. William & Parn

My stay was brief but was extremely comfortable and was in such a great location, a stones throw from the beach. Breakfast was brilliant and staff were friendly.

Location and place is great. Will book again if given a chance to go back. Thank you for the wonderful stay.

Very kind helpful staff. Situated right by the best beach, close to lots of 5* hotels. Nice room w beautiful view on beach and sea. Lots of marts and restaurants near by. The only draw back was that the room phone was under repairs, so we communicated w reception thru WhatsApp.... Otherwise it was cheap for what we got...the rooftop swimming pool and veranda made for a nice evening picnic and chill out.

I dedicate this feedback to the house keeping who wake up me at 8:30 in the morning with all his team... Laughing, screaming, smoking on the floor despite it's prohibited to smoke in the room.. .... ANY RESPECT FOR CUSTOMERS. I would like to tell to the manager of this hotel, to teach to his staff what's the word RESPECT means.... IT'S A SHAME TO HAVE A STAFF MEMBER LIKE THAT... Don't forget with customer its. Hard to turn a hotel.. And more when member are RUDE AND IMPOLITE STAFF!

The location is good for those who want to be near my Khe beach as its just a street away. The staff were also accomodating when we requested for another room since the first room that we had has a bad air-condition. Overall, the price is worth it for the short stay that we had.
