Great location, walking distance to Han market and even the night market across the bridge. Room is standard. Breakfast has limited vegetarian option. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Overall considered good experience.

In general the room is clean, it has iron in the room so it is quite convenient for business traveller. The toilet looks old and mouldy tho... location is near to many eateries around, there is a market and the pink cathedral within 5 minutes walk.

WARNING! DO NOT STAY IF YOU PLAN ON SLEEPING! The rooms are extremely noisy. I booked the Hai A Suite and the entire room is very thin windows that lets noise in from the club next door and the busy street. It is so noisy that the hotel even leaves a note warning you how loud it is and provides you with ear plugs. The room is beautiful but all of that is ruined because you will not get any sleep. Even with ear plugs I can hear loud music from the club, cars honking, and people walking in the street. I stayed at the Sunriver hotel down the street the night before and I didn’t have a problem with noise there and it was half the price. Seriously do not stay here unless you plan on staying awake the entire night. The gym equipment is really old and bad quality. The lady at the spa gives very weak massages. The only good things are the rooms are beautiful, the cafe downstairs has amazing coffee, and the breakfast buffet was also very good.

Our room has a breathtaking view of the Dragon bridge. we can see the beautiful pink church from the bar at the top floor.

Very good location. Walking distance to everywhere . Good service. We informed them we celebrate anniversary, a cake was given, the bed made with nice deco. We even received a card from the GM. Lift available unlike some hotel that needs to take staircases to lobby. Enjoyed our stay.

This hotel is valued to stay as the service is very good, the staffs are nice and friendly. It is located in the city centre that is great and convenient for going everywhere. The hotel is clean and model. I love the breakfast much as it is delicious and many choice. I will come again.
