10/15 minutes walk from the quays and the Han market. Cafes and restaurants nearby.
The room I chose was not large but quiet. TV safe with tv5monde kettle fridge... average wifi. Light breakfast (60,000vnd)
Small swimming pool on the roof exposed to the sun all day so not very refreshing.
I arrived at 11:30 a.m. and was able to occupy the room immediately.
For the price it was more than satisfactory.

The staff was friendly and the location was great. Even if you arrive late at night, there are plenty of places to eat nearby, and the porridge shop behind the hotel had someone who spoke Japanese, which was helpful. The room was clean, but there were not many hangers, and the breakfast was quite filling for the price.
