Location, room, and everything were perfect! Great to stay there Recommend for whoever visit Bana Hill so you can enjoy the vibe at night

This hotel is actually located very close to Ba Na Hills, but in fact it is a long drive away. It takes more than an hour, and the mountain road is difficult to drive, where it is very difficult to call a car, all need to add money. However, the environment here is very good, natural forest oxygen bar, there are hot springs, many locals come to play.

I stayed at Quan quan hotel for two nights between October 20-22, 2019. Just checked out today early morning, then me and my friends from Room 308 were fined 50,000 Dong for dirty towel!! Let me ask something, can I use towel like it’s always new?! Hey!! You must be joking! Apart from that, a/c smells so musty and all furnitures in the room are dusty and not in good conditions. I know the hotel price is cheap, but in my opinion I think it could be better. Okay it’s near the airport and city, however it’ll be the only first and last time here, thanks!!!

Have to cross the big road to the other side to go shopping eating etc. Hotel building is 4 stars, but need lot of upgrade and maintainence to keep 4 stars status. Exhaust fan in toilet not working, no air flow, not good. Good about the room which has 2 nice windows, but only problems, one window facing main road, also facing the mobile phone transmitting tower almost directly facing the room. Breakfast is too ordinary for 4 stars with little food options available. But still it is the best 4 stars which I stayed in Danang, too many hotels claiming to be 4 stars but all fake. I have to physically go to check out 4 stars hotels to see if real 4 stars hotel or not in Danang, and in that day, I checked 4 of 4 stars hotels which all fake 4 stars. It seems no regulation and standards there. Bed sheet has hole and room not well maintained, they put a carpet there in the room probably to cover up something, and carpet did not look that clean. But still it was the best 4 stars which I could find in Danang..

Cheap and alright

So we stayed the week after Tet and during the Coronovirus incident, and were informed on the first morning that as we were one of only 4 rooms being used, there would be a reduced selection for breakfast - pho, eggs, toast and salad. After 2 days we ate out. Whilst we understand the reasoning, we were disappointed as we booked this hotel because the advertised breakfast was supposedly excellent. Same applied to the pool - we were hoping to sit by the pool and have a drink at the advertised bar - bar not open or in use due to lack of guests - again we understand the reasoning, but we stayed here for these facilities and if a service is advertised,, it should be available. Miss Ann and the restaurant manager were excellent, sorting tables and ordering cars for tours - thank you! Reception staff a different matter - these are the first point of contact for your hotel, and they are not good. several times they were too busy on their phones to respond to us standing waiting for keys, their English was too limited and couldn't understand basics like, 'check out', room service etc - If you have down-time get off your mobile and practice your language skills. They were also very unhelpful when asked to recommend restaurants, and after one particularly long day we needed a cold drink and local shops were shut - I asked if they could source one from a fridge on the 8th floor - NO that pool, that closed. Could they take one from another room and refill it in the morning - we no do that. In desperation I asked if anywhere local would sell one - they pointed to a cafe across the street, laughing!!! I was not amused and found them rude to the extreme. Another problem was with the lifts - customer service to me dictates that if you call a lift and it arrives with a cleaning trolley in it, the trolley gets out and you get in - Not so here - the staff with the trolley laugh and wave at you - and this can happen several times in a row - we waited nearly 15 minutes one morning for a lift that did not have a cleaning crew or workman in it. I am sure that when full, with all facilities operating, this could be a lovely place to stay - for us it was a big disappointment that we put up with for 5 nights - not a great end to our stay I would have like to have left this info on a feedback form for the hotel to sort/discuss - but they no do that!

In every way, the property was flawless. It was only a 10-minute drive from Da Nang International Airport. The unit owner was very accommodating and helpful. The room was spotless and comfortable, with all of the necessities. There is a kitchen with utensils and some cooking supplies, as well as a washer, which is a huge plus for us. It was very spacious and had a fantastic shower! You can also go to the building's rooftop to see the cityscapes of the area. We also rented motorbike to the owner and gave me a cheap rate! I’ll definitely stay back here.

The hotel is about 5 kilometers away from the airport. There are not many restaurants around. The room hygiene is OK and the price/performance ratio is good.
