本來是的計劃是龍巖去潮州的，因為潮州太過了沒地方住所以沿途想找個地方先住一晚。萬萬沒想到發現了一個青旅聖地！藝術文化氣息拉滿！民宿超級有“民俗青旅”的味道！老闆娘超級熱情超級好！還是個藝術創作研學基地，有很多往期藝術家或者學生留下的作品可以參觀。十步一個茶桌，二十步一個“圖書角”，鄉間田野，裊裊溪流就在泡茶的陽台前。還有老闆娘還有自己的小餐館小酒吧，五指毛桃雞湯超級超級香啊，一定要品嚐一下！燒烤也超級好吃，一定要讓老闆娘按他們默認的口味烤！還免費k歌，免費的民宿ktv超級香！我真不是無腦吹的，這個地方是我這幾年自駕遊最最最滿意的度假小村。我願稱之為“最強最爽最美青旅聖地”！

民宿是大埔老屋改造，我們住的是玉堂公小築，古色古香的院子，滿樓字畫。
因為是過年，美麗的紅姑娘還給小朋友送了煙花。
晚餐是紅姑娘下午來電提示的，選擇的民宿的土雞火鍋，經濟實惠好吃，一家人吃得很開心。
因為是老房子改造，房間小點，但古人就是這樣生活的，也還過得去。
洗手間是改造出來的，簡陋一點，但熱水不錯。

環境：民宿在一個村裡，一個美術館裏，一個老房子裏。環境很優美，清晨醒來空氣很好！
設施：被子枕頭有點味道，可能是洗的不太乾淨，希望改進。由於是老房改的民宿，衞生間是後面加上的，因而期望不要太高，能用就行。
服務：老闆娘似乎有些忙，大部分時候需要電話聯繫，基本看不到人。自助式入住。但人很好，希望能繼續把這個環境優美的民宿做好做大！

提早一個月訂的房間，滿心歡喜帶父母入住，訂了雙床房，結果到了安排住大床房，問了沒有雙床房嗎？説沒有了。我就奇怪，為什麼會沒有。明明預訂了。但她很忙的樣子，我就沒有多問，不知是不是人家續住佔用了我預訂的房間。如果是，我覺得這樣安排非常不合理。而且房間衞生真的不太差。還有蚊子。我爸媽説一進房就打了3隻。而且感覺房間很潮濕。我開始以為所有房間都是這樣。老房子改造也能理解。直到晚上走到回民宿，發現隔壁棟的房間才是我原本訂的雙床房，比這邊新很多，乾淨很多，房間外有桌椅可以坐，不像我住的承德樓破破爛爛。總的來説，太失望了。

美廬民宿周邊環境挺好，但約好的房卻被別人續住了，被安排去一家挺陰森的民宿，鬧了一輪才安排去了另一家環境不錯的民宿。

民宿管理差，想喝口熱水都很難，房間沒有熱水壺，走廊找了半天都是壞的。沒啥服務。房東基本不在。衞生差，很多蜘蛛網，洗漱台太臟了，雖然店主解釋説是墨色，但是如果能及時清洗是可以洗乾淨的。馬桶很臟。毛巾上有蟑螂腿。隔音基本是沒有的。感覺不值這個價，性價比不高。#衞生到處都臟，樓梯口還有很多類似鳥糞之類#服務沒服務。給了個鑰匙。#房間設施房間太小，沒有椅子
