I booked a trip through amex to this hotel and they actively avoided calls because amex would speak english. They also actively avoided amex’s calls because they didn’t want to refund our hotel even though it was within their policy’s guidelines to do so. The owner of the hotel is a crook and plays these tactics especially against foreigners who have a tough time contacting them through the english agency or by themselves as english speakers.

The location is good and the interior is great.

I travel a lot on business trips, and among the lodging establishments I've visited, it was still the best in every way.

It was a junior suite, but other than the small duplex, it felt small and although there were many pretty accessories, cleaning seemed difficult. I think it would be okay if you prefer comfortable public transportation and cute accessories rather than a quiet rest. And the breakfast felt like it was made with sincerity! Ramen, baked eggs, cereal, yogurt, juice, banana, and even kimchi were prepared.
