The room was spacious and had a lot to offer. However it had no window, which was kind of annoying.

Not far from the bus terminal, there are also buses at the entrance of the alley, which can reach Daejeon Railway Station. The staff is friendly and considerate.

There are only 3 surface parking lots and the parking spaces are very limited.
If you are just taking a taxi, I recommend using it, but if you are traveling by car, I recommend not using it.
I think the price is cheap because it's an old building. It's a shame not to go to the Juha parking lot. It was very difficult to get in and out of the carnival. There weren't any cars underneath.
I only paid and didn't use it, so I don't know the cleanliness.
I stopped by Daejeon for a while on a trip, but I didn't use this place...
