체크인 시간 보다 일찍 도착하여 6층 라운지에서 점심을 하려 했으나 1층이 생각보다 복잡해 길을 찾지 못하고 있었습니다.
그러던 저희에게 A 직원분께서 다가오셔서 친절히 시설 안내와 더불어 6층 이탈리안 레스토랑이 있는 라운지까지 에스코트해 주셨습니다. 또한 이동 중 호텔명 ‘오노마’의 어원과 유래에 대해 여쭤보자 막힘없이 설명해 주신 점에서 A 직원분에 대한 신뢰가 생겼습니다.
레스토랑 도착 이후 밥 요리를 먹고 싶어 리조또를 주문했으나 평소 먹지 않던 가지가 곁들여진다고 하여 빼달라고 요청했습니다. 그러자 A 직원분께서 다가오셔서 곁들여지는 가지에 대해 꼭 먹어볼 것을 추천하셨고, 짧은 순간이나마 형성된 신뢰를 바탕으로 한 번 시도해 보기로 했습니다.
음식이 나온 이후 어릴 적 물컹한 식감으로 그동안 먹지 않던 가지에 대한 인식이 완전히 뒤바뀌었습니다. 불쾌하게만 느껴지던 식감은 온데간데없고, 과하지 않고 적당했습니다. 기존 튀김 요리처럼 겉과 속이 따로 노는 게 아닌 함께 어우러지는 식감이었습니다. A 직원분이 아니었다면 하지 못했을 소중한 경험이었습니다.
식사를 마치고 나가며, 타 직원분이 A 직원분을 부르는 호칭을 통해, 1층에서부터 저희와 함께 해주시고 가지 곁들임을 추천해 주신 A 직원분이 호텔의 지배인님이라는 사실을 알게 되었습니다. 솔선수범하는 지배인님의 에티튜드를 통해 올해 겨울 휴가 또한 오노마에서 보내고 싶다고 생각하게 되었습니다.

결혼 기념일리라고 어플로 요청 넘겼더니 와인도 받고 좋았어요
한빛탑 음악분수 가깝고 꿈돌이 볼수있고 성심당 DCC점 도보 10분 등등 위치 좋아요
6층에서 신세계 백화점 바로 연결 되있는거 편하고
39층?폴자셋 굿굿, 38층 스벅 굿이에요
담에 또 올게요~ 추천

I was happy that you liked it so much.
Overall, the quality of the hotel was good and it was convenient as it was connected to a department store. The slippers were thick and the room was clean! Oh, but I couldn't sleep well because the pillow was a bit high. I think it would be better for people like me to ask to change to memory foam!!
