We were on a family vacation and had a wonderful experience at the Swiss Inn. It is not on the ***** with most of the hotels but it was a very short taxi ride to get there. The service was good. We had a wonderful experience at the pool, beach, and at 4 of the restaurants. We also had a positive experience at the spa, gift shop, and asking questions of the employees. If we ever return to Dahab, we will be returning.

The hotel was Paradise, but Trip.com didn't pay the hotel, so I stood outside and waited for 4 hours ^^ Sad reality.... If you can take into account the 4-hour wait... If you do, you can pay first and ask Trip.com to pick it up later. Then you can double pay $200 for $100 for the hotel.) Wir waren bereits zum dritten Mal im Swiss Inn und sind vom ganzen Team immer sehr herzlich begrüsst, ausnahmslos freundlich und zuvorkommend bedient und betreut worden. Die Hotel-Anlage ist traumhaft und es gibt viele schöne Ausflugsmöglichkeiten. Wir werden wiederkommen.

I had a great week in the hotel. I booked a single room and it was very spacious and included a double bed. I opted for the all-inclusive which was great - three meals per day plus drinks mainly in the impressive beach bar. The staff, without exception, were unbelievably friendly and helpful. Special shout out for Ahmed and Omar in the beach bar, Youssef the waiter who kept me plied with white wine, and Mohamed who looked after my room (470). The wifi also worked well too. Thank you for a wonderful holiday.
