Paysage époustouflant et des crépuscules uniques. Service impeccable que ce soit en hébergement ou en restauration. L'hôtel offre plusieurs restaurants avec des expériences gustatives variées (cuisines marocaines et internationales). Le chef sushi est top ne ratez pas ses Grunchies au restaurant Lina le soir. Au final, le massage au Spa était spécialement reposant. Merci à tout le staff pour les petits soins et leurs sourires. 😀

I had an incredible stay at TULUM. The staff were welcoming and attentive, making me feel at home from the start. My room was spotless, spacious, and extremely comfortable, with thoughtful touches throughout. The food was delicious. Overall, TULUM offers excellent service, comfort, and convenience. I can’t recommend it enough!

Très bel établissement. Prestations à la hauteur de ses 5 étoiles. La suite prestige est juste top! Plage privée et piscine à disposition, sans compter les beds, transats et serviettes à disposition. Le restaurant Lina's propose des mets raffinés, de qualité avec un personnel au petit soin. L'accès gratuit en navette au second établissement Bavaro beach, vous permettra de bénéficier de prestations similaires avec l'accès à sa plage privée avec son courant plus calme, sa piscine et ses jacuzzi. Un séjour de haute qualité à renouveler pour notre part. Vous pouvez y aller les yeux fermés.

j'ai passé à l'hôtel Tulum à Dakhla un séjour exceptionnel. Chaque aspect de mon séjour a dépassé mes attentes, depuis l'accueil chaleureux jusqu'aux services impeccables. J'ai particulièrement apprécié la qualité de la cuisine et la vue imprenable depuis ma chambre. Je n'hésite pas à le recommander et espère moi même pouvoir y retourner.

En arrivant le premier contact c’est la réception qui était au top service express avec le thé de bienvenu et gâteau marocain La suite était juste magnifique avec une très belle vue sur mer piscine très propre restaurant de luxe et la serise c’était le brunch de dimanche barbecue au bord de la piscine avec animation et un très grand buffet de mille et une nuit Des soirées animées Bref excellent dans tout les services hygiène et sécurité toooopp Merci à toute l’équipe et à bientôt

I gave 1 star to the conditions of the hotel (despite being wonderful) and I'll explain why.
The room we were assigned was splendid when seen from the outside.
It has a sand garden with 2 chairs, a coffee table, a rocking chair and 2 soft puff type armchairs.
We arrived at the entrance consisting of a large sliding door and it practically did not open.
This is because being rooms near the beach, the fixtures fill with sand and block the slide.
They changed rooms trying to clean the fixtures but the problem still existed.
Luckily my husband made an effort, he was able to slide it a little so that he could at least get in.
The room is beautiful in all its components, just 5 stars.
Second problem.
The vater is placed in a small room and this is really good.
The fact is that entering the room there is an unbearable stench of sewage even with the window open and this is because I am sure that the plumbing work done is wrong as far as the siphons are concerned.
I'm sure if we went to other rooms, the problem existed there as well.
