A good hotel near Dharmasthala temple. Rates are on the higher side but worth the money. Restaurant is also good. Food is tasty & rates are reasonable. Staff are courteous too. Since it’s six kilometres from Dharmasthala temple, you need to have your own vehicle or tourist car. I couldn’t see any Autos. It has a spa too. If you want to stay in a hotel without the noise around a temple then this is it.

The location was awesome near the nethravathi river. The hotel is located on the maintenance way to the temple and hence locating the hotel was not an issue. The reception was warm and i got the room without any delay. The room was allotted with a view of the river through the woods from the room balcony. The restaurant was good, harmless and the taste was good. Quick and friendly service was an added advantage. The room facilities could have been better considering the cost

Aurum the most imp is 24 hrs food... We connected via Shruti and she had ensured every bit of our travel is good, not just stay. Calls, messeges, temple info, time, room booking, add on services....she had it all done with perfection and efforts beyond her host duties. Shruti was a great pleasure to be hosted by when we reached , her teammates were exceptionally helpful. Aurum is a heavenly placed equally divine as the Kukkeshri temple is. The ambience is spiritual with nature infused beaty and 4 star hotel seevices. riverside room is unbelievable. We can stand by riverside hillock. The best is the people. All the staff members have ”no artificial ” but homely way to make your stay a great temple visit. They go extra mile. We had a special request that they could refuse but they rather helped like their own responsibility. Two staff were all kind n gentle for this. Room service is world classs. Food order at 2 am was served with smile n super taste. Rate and charging are reasonable. Never feel like leaving. Resto by river is unbelievable People , team make it so natural and sweet. Thanks a ton. No other place in the world can match it. Thx team. Kudos Shruti. Warm regards. You all are blessing. we miss, Silky misses the most..

It's an excellent property. Good and modern hotel with all amenities that a 5 star hotel provides. Wonderfully food in the restaurant and equally lovely breakfast. Good spread. Good size room, which was very clean in all aspects, including linen. The toilet was clean with all toiletries provided. Good wifi. Decent location. Friendly 1bd helpful staff.

Opting for the AJ Grand Hotel based on stellar reviews turned out to be a serendipitous decision. Situated in the heart of the city, the hotel provided convenient access to shopping, restaurants, and modern malls, all within a leisurely 30-minute walk. The reception staff's courtesy set a welcoming tone, ensuring a seamless check-in process. Our suite, impeccably clean with enhanced facilities, greeted us with an unexpected perk—an empty refrigerator, a thoughtful touch for personalising our stay with beverages and snacks. The hotel's two highly acclaimed restaurants surpassed expectations, offering a diverse array of delectable choices during main meal times. This meant that we rarely felt the need to explore dining options outside. Kudos to the entire restaurant staff, with a special mention for Ganesh, whose culinary insights enriched our menu selections, and Suresh, whose attentive service at breakfast was welcome. While the gym and swimming pool were compact, they proved functional and, more often than not, were a private sanctuary for our use. The potential future de***d for these facilities notwithstanding, our experience was one of undisturbed enjoyment. The reception staff, although not all adorned with name badges, stood out for their exceptional assistance. Their guidance in locating our boarding passes and travel documents for our onward journey was invaluable. We were particularly grateful for their considerate offer to extend our checkout time, seamlessly aligning with our travel arrangements—small gestures that made a significant difference. Having little prior knowledge of ***galore, we were pleasantly surprised by the city and its welcoming residents. Exploring the beach and other recommended sites, discovered through various YouTube videos, unveiled ***galore's potential as a future tourist attraction, perhaps even rivalling Goa in the future. However, we hope that the city ***ages to preserve its charm without succumbing to the challenges often associated with increased tourism. It's a terrible hotel. There is mould in the bathroom. The bathroom smells so bad, the entire time we were here, it was terrible, the tap was stains on them, eveytging just seemed so dirty and unclean . There was hair on the pillow. The breakfast starts at 8, unlike 7 in almost all the hotels around the world. Can't rate the breakfast because we didn't get to try it, we had to catch a flight back home. The area in which this hotel is situated is also not that great, the entry to the reception is in the basement , which should have been our first clue to the experience we were going to have here. One of the worst.

GGuest UserThe location and in-room dining service of Goldfinch is very good. However, I didn't feel I got value for the money I paid. There was no Free WiFi and the cost of paid WiFi was quite ridiculous. Amenities like drinking water and even toilet paper were not restocked and had to be asked for. I wouldn't stay here again, especially since I can get these basic amenities without asking at cheaper hotels nearby.

GGuest UserThe hotel is tidy but not spotless. The hotel does not have a lift/elevator. This hotel is not a luxury but a budget hotel. You will be provided with minimal consumables like soap and a water bottle. A cup of tea will cost you 22 rs if ordered via room service.

GGuest UserLocation was perfect. Hotel is located quite conveniently next to the city train station. We availed breakfast at the hotel and it was absolutely delicious but the quantity was limited unfortunately. The room was very spacious and comfortable and the ac unit worked flawlessly to keep the room nice and cool. On the flip side, the accessibility for seniors or people with leg or knee problems left a lot to be desired. The few flights of stairs have no hand rails and the entire entrance was slippery due to rain. This is a big safety hazard. The hotel neighborhood has a lot of active construction going on which made it very noisy in the day time. The tv was non functional and while we requested assistance it took a long time for the staff to come and take a look. Finally, the lobby raked off cigarette smoke throughout the day. While the room itself was free from the smell of tobacco this left me with a severe headache. Overall this contributed to an average experience.
