We stayed for two nights and liked the generous room with the two separate beds. We found the room clean, pleasant and quiet, equipped with modern electronic controls, which makes the handling not necessarily easier. So at night for no reason at all the panel for the air condition was lighting up every once in a while. We did not find a way to stop that. The air condition itself worked well and temperature was easy to regulate. Both beds carried 2 identical, big pillows, too big for our comfort. Instead, we would have liked two pillows of different size in order to have a choice on which one to sleep best. But the Hotel had only one size of pillow. The breakfast on the fifth floor was abundant and of good quality. So we were to more than 80% happy with our Hotel.

Hotel was really good and nice the service is the one which I personally don't like and you people are making upfront booking and for that even we checkin late in the evening we are supposed to checkout by 11 or max 12pm and which is pathetic and I really don't like it...Rest everything is ok .

Stayed with my family for a day and they gave me a free upgrade to the room with sea view. Friendly staff, and they got a clean swimming pool in which we enjoyed a great evening. They do have enough parking space as well. Food taste need to improve.

The location and in-room dining service of Goldfinch is very good. However, I didn't feel I got value for the money I paid. There was no Free WiFi and the cost of paid WiFi was quite ridiculous. Amenities like drinking water and even toilet paper were not restocked and had to be asked for. I wouldn't stay here again, especially since I can get these basic amenities without asking at cheaper hotels nearby.

Have to review this! So some one from the managment can read and work on improving customer service with the team. Let me start with the good and appreciated review. The food is really good. The tandoori items fresh. Hot. Delicious especially the non veg items. We also enjoyed the khichdi for the kids. Prepared just as we asked for without spice. and it was gobbled. We entered the restaurant and noticed 1 table only booked. We chose our seat. In a couple of minutes, the place got full. There were literally only 2 waiters and 1 main staff trying to manage almost 10 tables. 30 mins later and after we complaining to the main reception, our order was taken. The khichdi was delicious. But took almost 40 mins to get served to our table. The staff informed us that since it was republic day. Everyone else was on leave. No attentive staff around. Captain seemed least bothered when we informed him bout the service. The worst part is we packed a chicken malai kabab of almost 5 pcs. But reached home and found only 2 pcs! Sorry to say. But the service needs to be seriously improved and honestly looked into seriously for improvement.

We had an excellent stay for a week at this hotel. The entire team including the manager Mr.Cletus, Vijay, Akshata, Sudeksha, Rajesh & the housekeeping staff were polite, kind , helpful, and prompt in their services throughout the day. The hotel was well maintained and clean. The breakfast was good, with different items served daily. The hotel is centrally located with good restaurants and supermarkets close by. Zomato & Swiggy also deliver to the hotel. We would definitely recommend this hotel and we would stay here again as well during our next visit.

Aurum the most imp is 24 hrs food... We connected via Shruti and she had ensured every bit of our travel is good, not just stay. Calls, messeges, temple info, time, room booking, add on services....she had it all done with perfection and efforts beyond her host duties. Shruti was a great pleasure to be hosted by when we reached , her teammates were exceptionally helpful. Aurum is a heavenly placed equally divine as the Kukkeshri temple is. The ambience is spiritual with nature infused beaty and 4 star hotel seevices. riverside room is unbelievable. We can stand by riverside hillock. The best is the people. All the staff members have ”no artificial ” but homely way to make your stay a great temple visit. They go extra mile. We had a special request that they could refuse but they rather helped like their own responsibility. Two staff were all kind n gentle for this. Room service is world classs. Food order at 2 am was served with smile n super taste. Rate and charging are reasonable. Never feel like leaving. Resto by river is unbelievable People , team make it so natural and sweet. We recently stayed in The Ocean Pearl Inn during our last visit to Mangalore. The hotel is located in the heart of city making it convenient to explore the city. Friendly staffs and well maintained facilities making it easy and comfortable specially with the kids around. Much appreciated and will surely plan for our future visits.

Located centrally in the city of ***galuru and a short distance from attractions, and within easy reach of transportation options just outside the hotel. Well-***aged and clean 4-star hotel. Staff and ***agers are friendly, focussed, hard-working and professional. Onsite veg, non-veg restaurants and two lounges serve tasty food and drinks. Breakfast is wholesome with made-to-order dosa and omlette stations, traditional and continental offerings. Rooms are stylishly furnished, showers are hot, and guest rooms at the back of the property are quiet and insulated from traffic noise from the main road. Room service offers good choices and housekeeping is very responsive. Hotel can arrange taxi’s for hassle-free airport and local transportation.

One of the first things that captured my attention was a stunning wall-to-wall mural behind the front office desk. This remarkable artwork vividly depicted the cultural heritage of Karnataka, featuring Kola performances, Kambala races, and other local traditions that have gained recent pan-India popularity thanks to the movie ”Kantara.” It served as a captivating introduction to the exciting experiences that awaited me during my stay. Let's talk about the accommodation. The rooms were tastefully appointed and impeccably clean. I particularly appreciated the Skylight Suites, which, while lacking a balcony, featured a beautifully decorated and spacious sitting area with a skylight adjacent to the main room. This clever design made the room feel more expansive. However, it's worth mentioning that the washrooms could benefit from better ventilation. In terms of dining, the food was satisfactory, but I would suggest diversifying the menu to include more vegetarian options to cater to a wider range of preferences. Now, let me highlight the standout feature of my stay – the in-house transportation services provided by the hotel. They operated with exceptional efficiency, boasting well-maintained and spotlessly clean vehicles. The chauffeurs were not only punctual but also displayed the utmost professionalism. I must give a special commendation to Mr. Balraj, who not only ensured our smooth transport to the temples we had planned to visit but also offered valuable insights into darshan durations. His willingness to take us to additional temples during our journeys, such as the Mariamman Temple in Mangalore, Rajarajeshwari Temple in Polali, Bappanadu Parameshwari Temple in Mulki, and Uchchila Maha Lakshmi on the way to Udupi (and possibly more that I can't recall at the moment) was truly exceptional. His knowledge of cultural immersion opportunities, especially during Navratris, was remarkable, and he even introduced us to experiences like the Yakshagana performance at Kadri Manjunatheswar. As my trip had a strong focus on pilgrimage, his insights into these sacred places were invaluable. His careful and considerate approach as a driver was exemplary. Not once did he engage in rash driving, even in the challenging and treacherous forested, mountainous routes that we encountered. Furthermore, Mr. Balraj's helpful nature shone brightly throughout our journey. With my elderly parents accompanying me, his assistance was greatly appreciated. He went above and beyond to ensure their comfort and well-being, offering his support at every turn. His unwavering dedication to both our safety and enjoyment of the trip made him an indispensable part of our experience. Mr. Balraj truly embodies the spirit of excellence in service. GGuest UserThe hotel is well situated for viviting mangalore. The hotel and our room were very clean and they clean the room nearmy every day. The room was nice and practical. The staff is smiley and polite always ready to give you information. You can easily get cabs or rickshaw for your visits. A few good veg restaurant not far from the hotel. The price is very correct.

we actually early checked in and it costed 1050. I mean it's half of the price of the stay just for 3 hours early hours. There was no kettle or anything for making your own warm water ( you can still ask the front desk for hot water )

GGuest UserThe hotel is tidy but not spotless. The hotel does not have a lift/elevator. This hotel is not a luxury but a budget hotel. You will be provided with minimal consumables like soap and a water bottle. A cup of tea will cost you 22 rs if ordered via room service.

GGuest UserLocation was perfect. Hotel is located quite conveniently next to the city train station. We availed breakfast at the hotel and it was absolutely delicious but the quantity was limited unfortunately. The room was very spacious and comfortable and the ac unit worked flawlessly to keep the room nice and cool. On the flip side, the accessibility for seniors or people with leg or knee problems left a lot to be desired. The few flights of stairs have no hand rails and the entire entrance was slippery due to rain. This is a big safety hazard. The hotel neighborhood has a lot of active construction going on which made it very noisy in the day time. The tv was non functional and while we requested assistance it took a long time for the staff to come and take a look. Finally, the lobby raked off cigarette smoke throughout the day. While the room itself was free from the smell of tobacco this left me with a severe headache. Overall this contributed to an average experience.

Booked 5 N package from 22nd Oct for family trip. 3N is suite room and 2N in presidential suite. For family of 4 like ours Suite room shld be apt. Moti mahal property is a bit old and hence slight room and plumbing issues due to which I cld not give 5 star. Negatives end here and the positive list continues 1) Accessible to all places near hampankatta. 2) Excellent reception staff, wld like to mention Roy and Anshul who were always ready to help,guide and resolve any issue highlighted,made our stay special. 3) Housekeeping team is full of simple staff, doing their job sincerely 4) They have veg,non veg and Thai restaurant if you want to dine in the hotel lots of delicious options to choose from. 5) Breakfast buffet is a decent spread, every day the spread changes and all dishes are delicious 6) All in all excellent place to stay when in namma Mangaluru, Left with fond memories, will definitely visit again.
