It was not much different from what was expected. The room was very clean. The owner asked us not to wear shoes when entering. The only thing that was not ideal was that the water in the shower was so small that I didn’t want to wash my hair even though I have short hair. The hotel has a pick-up service. The price for airport pick-up has increased from 5 euros to 9 euros. However, the boss is very enthusiastic and helps us carry our luggage up and down the whole process (there is no elevator). If you need to book breakfast, it is best to reserve a time or Please tell us what time you want to eat in advance, otherwise they will make breakfast very leisurely, so that we have to wait for more than an hour. This is probably their rhythm of life, and we need to adapt to it.

Our overnight stay at Dolphin Apart Hotel Dalaman served as a comfortable prelude to our main holiday at Hilton. Here's a breakdown of our experience: The spacious two-bedroom layout on two floors exceeded our expectations. It was clean, comfortable, and impressive, considering the reasonable price point. The hotel was clean and provided a comfortable stay, surpassing our expectations given the affordable rate. Direct access to the pool and balconies with panoramic views added to the positive experience. The location, near Sarigerme village, offered convenience with various shops nearby. The atmosphere was quiet and relaxed, creating a pleasant ambiance for a short stay. However, it's worth noting that the hotel is quite far from beaches. We encountered a hiccup when I lost my jacket, and it wasn't initially picked up by the cleaners. Communication was a challenge; my attempts to reach them by email went unanswered, and the phone number on the website was outdated. Despite this, after two return trips to the hotel, the staff managed to locate my jacket, which was a relief. Recommendation: Despite the minor communication challenges and the distance from beaches, I would recommend Dolphin Apart Hotel Dalaman. Aside from the jacket incident, we were genuinely pleased with our stay.

Worse place we've stayed in Turkey. Rooms haven't seen any renovation for a long time. Room service is terrible, floors are always dirty. And the worse thing is that somebody scratched our car severely on the parking of this hotel and they don't even have the camera footage a available. Terrible place, showing more hostility than hospitality. After such a pleasant situation the receptionist who introduced himself as a hotel manager even didn't agree to refund ludicrous 150€ we've payed for two nights here. Turkish hospitality we've encountered here is remarkable! The best thing about that it's that this hotel is unique and every other hotel will be much better! Literally any other hotel.

Stayed here for a few days while looking at property locally. A small, smart stylish hotel with helpful staff. Ideally positioned for many local restaurants within walking distance, right by the marina with a huge amount of boating activity going on. We did not have a hire car but parking did not look terribly easy. Great typical Turkish breakfast included including a lovely omelette if you wanted it. Nothing too much trouble for the staff, all rooms have effective aircon. and a great sea/marina view. We greatly enjoyed our few days here.

I have just returned from a four night stay at this wonderful hotel. Myself and my family/friends (party of 11) amongst many others with transferred to this hotel in the early hours of Saturday morning following a cancelled TUI flight. On arrival the hotel staff had nit been made aware we were coming but fortunately had room for us all and checked us in very quickly. The rooms were clean, modern, spacious and the air con was great. My family were even moved to a larger room the following morning which was beautiful with a large balcony. The staff at this hotel are very attentive and can't do enough for you, we travelled with 4 young children and they engaged with them and made sure they had fun. The hotel is in gteat location with a short walk to shops and restaurants. The hotel offer a limited choice at meal times ( but it may have felt this way having spent 11 nights in an all inclusive holiday village prior to coming here) but all the food was very nice, you could pay extra to order off the menu and there was a good choice. A cancelled flight and 4 day delay to come home was not how we hoped to end our holiday but we were lucky we got to spend our time in this lovely hotel, we would definitely recommend it to others and would like to return here again in the future. :-)

We are happy with the service that we got in these 3 days in this cute property. Both me and my mom could have safe and comfortable stay. Assistances in the hotel were kind and helpful at all time. Both their smiley faces and friendliness made us feel like we really enjoy the stay and we couldn’t make any other inconveniences as a problem anymore. Thanks to them and we would go there again.

It is a brand new, different concept hotel that was renovated in 2023 and its rooms are spotlessly clean. Our room was simple, elegant and useful. Since the location is right in the center of Dalyan, we did not need a car during the holiday. Pool, garden and room cleaning are excellent. The open buffet breakfast in the morning is prepared carefully and we liked it very much. In addition, there is a croissant cafe in the garden of the hotel and it is incredibly delicious. We also had a good time by the pool with the cafe's coffees and drinks such as all-natural lemonade and orange juice. I definitely recommend it.

The DNA hotel has beaten all our expectations for service quality. Right from the meeting at the gate to unloading our bags off the bus to then entering the room. The room is clean, modern and fresh with pillows and a bed that provide a peaceful night's rest, the air-conditioning works silently in the background. The room came with added extras all FOC, a kettle with coffee, cups and milk. The bathroom had fresh towels including pool towels each day and some small bottles of shower gel, body lotion shampoo and conditioner. The shower was great, it had 2 shower heads one a powerful head and the second an amazon rain fall shower head. Wifi works well in and out of the hotel room. We were on the ground floor and the patio doors led immediately onto the pool, it felt like we had a swim up room. The breakfast was plentiful, with lots of filtered coffee, tea and juices, fresh fruit and cheeses with eggs either boiled or scrambled. The hotel is around 10mins flat walk to the town, you do pass two supermarkets and 2 resteraunts if you do not wish to walk into town one evening. Dalyan has everything you need for a great week away and abundance of resteraunts and bars plus lots of ”genuine fake shops” some great river boat trips too. In summary : The greatest feature of this hotel is the staff. Each and every person we met greeted us and wanted to have a conversation, this is rare in hotels these days! If this hotel was a 5star hotel it would still not be enough stars, as personality and friendliness counts for more than stars. Will we return? oh yes!
