The staff was very helpful with any questions. However, the room/floor that we stayed have a light sewage smell. Not much insulation - can here the traffic early in the morning.

Pros- Spacious rooms with Netflix. Comfortable bed and lovely view. The room had a hot tub and was a reasonable price. Cons- hand held shower, no where to place the shower head that came with hot tub. Sauna in a king suite didn't work- didn't heat up and door doesn't close. Didn't feel welcome by staff at all, in stark contrast to the warm approach received else where in Vietnam. Very poor sound proofing, even though we were on the 5th floor we could hear a lot of noise in the hall way and reception area late at night/early in the morning.

The hotel is newly built, everything is very new, modern and clean. The hotel has full amenities from car rental, to bathtub, air conditioning room, sauna... The design of this place Airy, with a view of the vast sky and rolling hills. Because I am a nature lover, I really like this place. Staff are dynamic and always ready to assist guests. A very romantic atmosphere surrounds this place for couples, and is also very warm for families to relax.
