Front desk is very accommodating. Allows me to checkin early around 12:30. Answer my phone call promptly. Nice view from the balcony. I recommend the deluxe room with balcony. Cleaning is everyday. The door has problem of locking. Can use better pillows and towels. Kind of flimsy. Good value for the money.

There is a separate waiting room for passengers who arrive early before the check-in time, which is very friendly. It is recommended to add a display rack for toiletries in the shower room. The towels and sheets didn't seem very clean and the cleaning wasn't very thorough. Overall, the price/performance ratio is still high.
