New hotel in Dalat. Room was good. However, there was a smell.

The location of the hotel is only 10 minutes away from various attractions by grab. The surrounding area is quiet. There are several good Western restaurants nearby, and there are also several authentic Vietnamese restaurants within a 5-minute walk. The hotel has a bowl of Vietnamese Pho for breakfast every day, with different ingredients every day. The hotel staff and security guards at the door are all very friendly and courteous. In particular, there is a lady named Mai who speaks very fluent English and can also speak Mandarin. She is very enthusiastic about helping guests. She does not want tips for her. She is very happy to help guests, which is really rare. The room is large and very clean. The only thing is that the soundproofing of the room is average. You can clearly hear people talking when you walk out of the corridor from the isolated room.

It was a very satisfactory hotel. It was nice that it was quiet as it was a bit far from the city center. The service is very good and it is easy to take a taxi, so I think I will use it often in the future.

All the staff care was the best, the friendly service from the room staff and the warm welcome and help from the reception girls. The room is spacious and clean, decorated in a classic and modern style. Breakfast is very delicious and diverse from Vietnamese to European dishes. Highly recommended. Amazing hotel. The room was so comfortable, the bed 10/10, the room was so clean so another 10/10, all the amenities you need are there. The staff it's superb, they help to you every time you need. They have a few motorbikes for rent with a good price indeed. You can't go wrong with this hotel on Dalat.

The hotel has a really good Location, takes a few minutes to the city center. Rooms, beds and furniture are all very new, modern and most comfortable. The staff are friendly and very attentive. The hotel is very beautiful decorated in a luxurious classic style. Room service and reception staff were all very helpful and friendly. Well equipped rooms, foot massage room at reception and delicious breakfast included. We had a very good time here over a week. The hotel has a very convenient location with many restaurants and cafes. this is One of the best places I've been to in Southeast Asia. I am very satisfied when I come here.

A friend recommended this small hotel to me and I was not disappointed. It's located quite centrally and the people there are the friendliest and most helpful I've met in a while. The room is well taken care of and has all the normal amenities needed. Breakfast around the dining table is more family style - and the staff cater to your exact needs. I will come back when I return to Da Lat in the future.
