Good.

This was a nice little 3 star hotel. The room was very spacious. Had a wonderful balcony but had to move the chairs to sit outside. BREAKFAST was nice a different type of soup every day. If your looking for budget I would recommend this little hotel.

Not in the centre but at a quiet road behind the night market. Choose a room with balcony and you get to see beautiful sunrise. The room we stayed though not similar to what we booked is still nice. Havent got the chance to try breakfast tho. Receptions speak English and thats a bonus.

The hotel room is OK and the location is good

It was a little disappointing that there was no air conditioning, but it was close to the night market, the bathroom was clean, and the room was spacious, so it was great for a family stay. And the breakfast wasn't the best, but it was okay for the price. I'm planning to book again next time I go to Dalat.

November 4, 10:30 I checked out and forgot my garmin fenix 7 electronic watch in the room... until I remembered to contact the hotel but the hotel said it couldn't be found.

I just have to live with it in moderation.

Great hotel, very nice staff. The room is spacious and comfortable. Breakfast is simple but you won't leave hungry.

Positive first: Hotel in really good location. Da Lat market is just walking distance. The superior room is spacious. Front lobby and breakfast areas look nice for a 3 star hotel. Breakfast buffet is good and tasty with some limited options. Chef Hong Cuc does a good job with the food for a 3 star hotel. Security guy Phong was very helpful much more knowledgeable than front desk clerks Negatives: No AC but would be okay with floor fan and open windows. However, the noisy from the streets with big crowds and a lot of tourist buses is really a problem. Bedding was not clean with hair even after we have asked to change the sheets. I think the service from front reception is even worse. One of the reception clerks (N.L) was really rude with her fake smile. Her answers were confrontational instead of helpful. She was not willing to provide any information regarding local tours, nearby restaurants and anything else we asked. NL told us there was no Sandwich(banh mi) store nearby when the big bakery Lien Hoa was just around the corner as we havd to discover it ourselves the next day. we ended up finding tour information from Tripadvisor site. Also, be ware the following at this hotel: 1. there is a fee for a lost electronic key card although we were not informed at check-in 2. Money exchange at this hotel is at a ribbed-off rate. We got 2.2 mils VND per $100 USD instead of 2.32 mils at a nearby jewelry store. I am giving this hotel 2 stars instead 3 stars due to the service problem with the front desk. You should be able to find other hotel with similar price range with much better useful service.

Says non smoking hotel. Two nights here and it smells constantly of cigarette smoke. Asked to be moved to different room, but said they wouldn’t because smoking isn’t allowed. (So I guess it is in my head?) Second night ,woke up at midnight due to the smell again. Rude receptionist and smelly hotel. Beds are uncomfortable too.
