Location is up a slope. Nothing much ard the area. It’s very close to the cable car station (just behind it) but too bad there is no road access and need to grab to the other side. It’s not very expensive but if only there is a short cut. The manager is very friendly and try to talk to the guests. Breakfast is very simple. Nothing much.

We made a last minute booking on the eve of Tet. The lady at the front desk spoke English and was very helpful, she gave us a free room upgrade. All staff were very friendly and ready to help. Breakfast was basic but sufficient (the little local side biscuits were delicious). Room was comfortable with Netflix and well equipped. We had some difficulty finding convenient stores but you can order from grab. The location is close to attractions like zip lining. Thank you for our stay and free upgrade!

Nice room, jacuzzi and balcony. Not far to the lake. Service is good

The staff are amazing and it's out of the way of the noise of the city so we slept really well. If you need washing completed, speak to the staff directly rather than through the hotel, they'll really go the extra mile for you. It is on the other side of the river and you'll need to get a grab taxi to get onto the centre. The room itself is OK, carpets could have been vacuumed and stained removed alittle and the cold water went off one day but for the price, its decent.

The location is above the bus terminal. It takes 10 to 15 minutes to get to the center. The facilities are very satisfactory. The meal menu is small but neat.

Beautiful and attentive staff

A modern hotel with an interesting interior and a beautiful view, a very comfortable bed, a great sleep, there is a jacuzzi. Of the minuses: the carpet was all stained - it ruined the whole impression of the room, it was very unpleasant to walk on it; in the evenings the room gets cold, the air conditioner did not work for heating, the device that had a sticker about warm air also did not heat, only a warm blanket saved it; ants settled in the kettle, so it was impossible to warm up with tea; very poor breakfast, practically no choice; the room is small, there is no balcony, the elevator does not go to the 6th floor, maximum to the fifth, then walk further; modern heated toilet, but with a motion sensor, there is a problem, it works at will

Although the location of the hotel is a bit remote, you can still get Grab, which is quite convenient, but there are no convenience stores nearby. The environment is beautiful and very quiet at night. However, in the room during the day, you can hear the noise in the corridor and the sound of construction. However, we did not want to sleep during the day, so it did not affect it. The hotel staff are also very friendly. For a foreigner, the check-in is quite smooth. This time I used the laundry service and the laundry was delivered very neatly. I like it very much. Overall, I would like to stay at this hotel again next time I come to DaLat.

The hotel is located on the mountainside. Although the room we booked has a balcony, it doesn't have much of a city view. It is blocked by fire escapes, which is a pity. But when you go out on the path outside, you can overlook it, which is okay. The room facilities are quite new. Special mention to the service guy at the front desk. He was very enthusiastic and kept bothering him to help call a taxi and change money. The overall experience is good.

This hotel was not that satisfactory.

First of all, the location is fine. Not too far from the city, not too close. Above all, I hit my forehead at the service. You did a great job. However, the cleanliness is a bit poor. There is leftover water and the bathroom is not well organized. Overall facilities are okay, but the ceiling in the room is cracked and a little dirty.

It's clean, friendly, and has a nice view.
