Hotel looks well from outside and the lobby but the bedrooms are a different story. The place is crawling with cockroaches and the floors in the bedroom were filthy. Most rooms do not have windows. There was no air conditioning so it was extremely stuffy especially at night. The bed sheets were stained and the general upkeep of the walls in the room was very poor. The drain in the bathroom was blocked. Hotel staff were very unhappy and wanted to keep 1 of our passports without explanation so we refused. They were also unhelpful regarding the cockroaches and simply handed us a can of bug spray. Zero soundproofing so any noise from the lobby could be easily heard from our room waking us in the middle of the night. There was no daily room service/cleaning only towels dropped off. The bath mat provided was filthy. I would never stay here again or recommend that anyone else should.
