The downtown night market is close and transportation is very good.

There is a concert hall right next to the hotel, so I sang from 8:00 am to 12:00 pm, and I felt like I was going to die. You can hear the thump from the hotel to the entrance of the night market, which is about 700 meters away. How loud must the typical Vietnamese song thump next to you 50 meters from the hotel? I'm tired of listening to the babbling Vietnamese songs. I don't think this venue will ever move, so don't ever go to this hotel.
The staff is friendly, but it was nice to be able to use it comfortably when you ask the hotel to call a taxi.

A great hotel to spend a quiet and relaxing time

The hotel is clean and staff are nice but it is not worth the cost. It is run down and things are broken. I had to ask to move rooms due to being placed into a room with construction workers outside my window. They moved us instantly but the room condition isn’t good.

For a 3 star hotel, it needs further improvements, especially in the morning breakast restaurant .Restaurant staff need to refill coffee frequently and ensure it is hot; customers need not have to inform supervisor about it. The morning sun shine into the cafe indoor and outdoor eating area and is hot and glaring. There are curtains and blind and the supervisor need to have initiatives to activate it. Room aircondition was not cold; it needs servicing.
I like to complement the restaurant male cook who can cater specially for me (on my request) 2 half-boiled eggs at every morning breakfast. One male receptionist who can speak english is helpful; he helped me find a private car driver for my own outings.

The “Kings” hotel leaves much to be desired. The TV reception was consistently poor, the WiFi signal was weak and kept dropping off, and the front desk staff displayed a disappointing level of rudeness. When I asked for extra toilet paper she gave me a look like she wanted to charge me extra. To make matters worse, the in-room air conditioning unit had a condensate line draining on to the bathroom floor, creating an uncomfortable and potentially unsafe environment. The decor was outdated (wood paneling and wallpaper from the 1970’s). The rooms were small, and the hallways felt uncomfortably warm due to the interior rooms AC units mounted in the hallway (see photo). Additionally, the breakfast selection was limited, further diminishing the overall experience. Also, note the price list for every item in the room (see photo). This shows you the type of people they are expecting to stay here where they have to warn you not to steal items from the room. Overall, I would not recommend this hotel due to these numerous issues, there are many more options in Da Lat in this price range.
