The outside of the hotel is lovely and upon walking into the foyer it speaks of a high quality place to stay. THEN, you go up to the floor (in our case 3), the floor carpet is filthy and stained. Upon entering our room, same thing, stained and looked dirty. The shower water, runs along the bath and onto the floor. To get into the shower (over bath) it's around 600 ml, so thankfully were not 80 years old. Following day, wanted room service after a long tour. The time is 730pm. Called the restaurant to order, was hung up on, lady knocks in door to take order directly. Ordered pork banh mi. 5 minutes later, lady comes back, not available. Ok, so we choose pizza, she leaves. 5 minutes later comes back, not available. We then choose chicken and chips. Chicken was raw, so we had chips. For a 4 star hotel, it was a bloody joke. Would not recommend.
