The decoration is old and the wooden boards near the toilet are damaged by water.
But the reception staff and service are friendly
The location is quite far away from Dalat night market attractions and you can take a ride.

Not bad 4 star hotel which is located in the city centre. Clean and excellent customer service but hotel a bit dated and popular among the Vietnamese.

Still poor for a 4 star hotel
I made a reservation for 4 nights, stayed for one night, and ran away.
I saw the huge wheel three times and it was really the worst.
Trip.com's response was also disappointing.

This is my second time in Dalat. I chose this hotel. The overall feeling is very good. The hotel is in a good location, it is convenient to call a taxi, the staff is friendly, and there are many breakfast options. We stayed in a triple room. The king-size bed was so comfortable that you could roll around on it. If I go to Dalat for the third time in the future, I will still choose this hotel.

The facilities are very old but nice.
The staff was friendly, but they charged extra for laundry.
The location is walking distance to the night market and the hygiene is ok.
