I have an amazing stay & good experience during the stay. The hotel is same as shown in photo look elegant and ancient, but condition is good. The service from the staff is awesome, we are well served by the polite staff that always ready to help. Before the stay, I have approached the staff for room decoration for my proposal to my partner, the staffs are responsive and the result is satisfied. Good variety of food for breakfast and tea time also, overall experiences is awesome

The location here is truly everything! Go to the night market on foot Take a walk by the lake There are also good restaurants nearby. The bellman was impressive. He is quick-witted and kind. In this hotel with a lot of stairs I have never heard of Carrie in person. The tip is not a waste at all. Afternoon tea in the outdoor garden It was the best memory of this trip. I want to go again just because of this. Choose a room with a lake view! Also, preferably toward the center of the building. Dalat wakes up and sleeps around me. You can experience it!

Even though I haven't been to Europe, I feel like I've traveled there. The hotel is classic and really nice. I feel like I'm in Versailles, France.

They say it was used as a palace by nobles during the French colonial period. The antiques are so pretty and luxurious as they are 100 years old. The place to drink afternoon tea and eat breakfast were very pretty, and the tea was especially delicious, so I bought it. However, there is no elevator;; (Please carry all your luggage with you) and the toilet etc. feels very old. The room ceiling is high so it feels a bit empty, but you can see the lake right in front and it's great for a walk! However, it was difficult because the counter and massage shop staff did not speak English.😂

I had a good rest

A beautiful hotel over 80 years old. The best location, the best view and landscaping.. But you have to consider the old facilities and the slightly vague quality of service. Personally, I was satisfied enough to visit the hotel again. You can feel a side of Dalat just by sleeping in a cultural property.

Lovely hotel not far from the centre of town. The rooms are large with high ceilings and had a great view over the garden to the lake and the city centre beyond. Staff went out of their way to be of service without being intrusive. The breakfast was very high quality with extensive eastern and western choices.

This is a beautiful, ornate, first-class hotel. The room furnishings are high quality. The service is also high quality. It's about a 5-minute walk to the lake and seven minutes to the night market.

Felt very special here at a beautiful Hotel. Receptionists looked after us very well. Think their names were Vincent and Tam. The whole place was interesting with fascinating decor. Location excellent with a fabulous view over the lake. Food was outstanding with afternoon tea and food served everyday on the house. Really enjoyed my stay here.
