What a wonderful hotel! We absolutely loved our time at the Ana Mandara Hotel! I would say its charming location and bungalows, outstanding staff and high quality food made it the perfect stay for us in Dalat! Our kids felt really comfortable here and it just made for a great Dalat experience! Highly recommended!

Our stay in the Dragon King Hotel I would be almost very pleasant if not for 2 incidents. 1. In countries where I don't speak the language I usually ask for a calling card of the hotel. I did and they had none, And voila the taxi took us to another Dragon King Hotel in Da Lat and we had to take another taxi from there back to Dragon King I. 2. We booked including breakfast as that is normally a nice way to ease into the day in a foreign city. The Dragon King breakfast facilities are in a from floor to ceiling tiled cellar under the hotel full of load speaking local people eating local breakfasts (soup and the like) so talking about your plans for the day while eating bread with jam (the only non local food choice available) was impossible goodbye enjoying a quiet breakfast. (There is a nice place to your left when you leave the hotel that serves for a very small price with a very wide smile)

The location is excellent. The staff are friendly. The cons is its small size of toilet. There is not much room to turn around once inside and it’ll be a disaster for overweight guests. Its design of two sliding doors closing at the diagonal point is not admirable and the sliding doors hardly close! The worst part? The bathroom light beams thru the glass door (though designed blurred) separating it and the bedroom!! Maybe good for one person but definitely no no for 2 to share! Hesitate to come back.

As a guest at Edensee Resort, I can confidently say that it is an exceptional hotel that truly exceeded my expectations. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warm hospitality and a seamless check-in process. The staff was friendly, accommodating, and always went out of their way to ensure my stay was as comfortable as possible. The resort itself is stunningly beautiful, surrounded by lush greenery and overlooking a serene lake. The rooms were spacious, immaculately clean, and tastefully decorated. My room had a balcony with a breathtaking view of the lake and the surrounding mountains, which made for a perfect spot to relax and unwind. The resort's facilities were also impressive, with a range of activities and amenities to suit every taste. I enjoyed a relaxing swim in the outdoor pool, followed by a rejuvenating massage at the spa. The gym was well-equipped, and I appreciated the option to stay active even while on vacation. The food at the resort was also exceptional, with a diverse selection of dishes to choose from. I especially enjoyed the breakfast buffet, which had a wide variety of fresh and delicious options. Hotel is centrally located, close to everything you need, including the night market. The hotel itself is clean and and beds are comfortable. The buffet has a variety of Vietnamese and continental food, fruits, and drinks - all very delicious. The staff are very polite and helpful. Tuyen, the reception supervisor was exceptionally helpful when i made a mistake with booking my flight and she was able to sort it out for me last minute, going above and beyond.

The hotel looks old colonial style with many antique artifacts. Most of the area were dirty nobody is taking care. The owner should hire a person to take care the beautiful artifacts, cars etc. it’s very rare pieces. We stayed for 2 nights but our room nobody clean it even we hang the signage outside our room while we go out almost half day from 13.00pm and came back to our room at 21.00pm. And when we mentioned then staff did apologize. Have many staff I saw but no one maybe do patrol the room, mostly I saw relaxing. Breakfast for two days only noodle soup and the same fruit. I believe that Dalat supplies fruit to most of the region in vietnam but here only served rotten banana and vietnam apple. Seem like nobody supervised staffs when working. I when out to buy fruit very cheap. Your hotel is so good but no quality in food and beverage as well as the service PS: I like your antique collection

This resort really nice and beautiful, I will back if I have change to there!!! one minus point for hairdryer can not move out of bathroom, need to standup for dry your hair too long! It is a quiet resort on the lakeside in the outskirts of Dalat. It's cold, but you can swim. It's a little cold, but not so much that you can't do it. I heard that there is a Wonderland that they run together, and there were things to enjoy such as boat rides and horseback riding. There isn't much to do in the resort, but it's the best place to relax quietly. There was a simple store in the lobby that sold swimming supplies, snacks, drinks, etc. There was a male staff member who spoke Korean very well. He was very friendly. There is only one restaurant, but the menu was varied, and there was an outside restaurant right in front of the resort entrance. I think I would have tried it if I had stayed for more than 2 nights. A group of ladies from a Korean group came upstairs, and they were noisy until 1 o'clock, which made me a little angry, but I can't help but think they were out of luck.. haha.

Felt very special here at a beautiful Hotel. Receptionists looked after us very well. Think their names were Vincent and Tam. The whole place was interesting with fascinating decor. Location excellent with a fabulous view over the lake. Food was outstanding with afternoon tea and food served everyday on the house. Really enjoyed my stay here.

The hotel is lovely. Rooms very spacious and comfortable. We had a couple of service glitches at dinner on our first night and the issues were handled professionally. The F&B manager sought us out and addressed them. We even received a complimentary bottle of wine & fruit platter, which was greatly appreciated. The top floor bar is unique in that it doubles as a strawberry nursery. Staff are friendly and accommodating.

Overall It was just OK. (As in February 2023) Rooms are just ranging from 15m2 to about 22m2 and getting outdated. Especially the bathroom, the drainage is really slow. Once you take a shower, you will be flooded with soap water all over the bathroom. Soundproof is a disaster, you can hear all noises, kids yelling and running from outside. The door can't even lock properly, it keeps beeping itself no matter how soft or hard I close the door. Everytime I leave or enter the room, I had to wrestle with the door with closing it for several times. They really need some replacement for their facilities. Location of the hotel is OK. Located in a quiet neighbourhood. You can easily go to everywhere with a scooter. The hotel is not too far away from tourist attractions. I had the worst experience with the reception staff. They were not very helpful during my check in and out. I came around noon and asked if i could check in anytime. They replied that they will get me the room as soon as the janitor finished cleaning and they was so sure that they will call out my name once it is ready. Guess what? They made me wait for 2 hours until I came to ask again whether my room is ready. And now that just said Oh it is ready here is your room. What? Staff made me wait for 2 hours without notifying if they already got the room ready for checking in? They saw me sitting in the waiting area entire time and without an apologise for keeping me waiting. They acted like nothing happened. Those staff seriously need more training. Same thing happened during my check-out. I had to ask over and over if I can now get back my ID. These staff are the most irresponsible I've ever experienced. I would rate better if It wasn't for the staff.
