We started as a family at this hotel for 3 nights. A good experience, right from check-in to our stay. We had opted for both breakfast and dinner and we were very comfortable with our decision. Mr. Sonu Thakur at the Illusion restaurant was a great host

Excellent service, very clean & hygienic rooms, tasty food, good variety in breakfast. Ample of space with scenic view... Amezing hospitality by team jeevan and sanjay was very helpful at reception. Hotel has very beautiful space for the parking as well

Staff is very polite and very co operative. Food is good. Overall good experience .worth for cost. Recommend for visit again. Rooms found clean and well arranged. Services found prompt. All issues raised were immediately handled by staff. Nice stay for family 😀

Excellent staff and hospitality at this. Very beautiful view and super helping staff. Food has a variety of options and the hotel is kids friendly Jeevan from the front desk is an amazing person to talk. Very professional team. Recommend to visit in winters.

Had an amazing stay at Jo Clark’s exotica Dalhousie Jeevan Sharma has made our stay outstanding with his unlimited courtesy. Food at the restaurant was amazing. Singer in the restaurant was the charm of that outlet. We will definitely visit again . All the staff including restaurant and kitchen were out standing.

Best hotel in the area. If you rented a taxi your driver gets free food and amenities. Great location and beautiful views.
The included breakfast buffet is simply amazing, on par with many 5 star hotels.
The bar and restaurant is also very nice.
