Dedicated 24/7 butler service before arrival until departure and turndown service that is usually available at top luxury hotels 🥰 Site is stunning with extraordinary view, team is super hospitable and friendly, offering more than you expected. Our butler 小敏 is superb! She helped us with arranging best rate for upgrade, seaview room, laundry service, breakfast, tea, transport, everything! Everything edible in room is free too :) Car bookout was a value deal, do arrange through hotel and request for 周师傅！He’s not only a driver, he’s also a fabulous tour guide. Looking forward to coming back again, thanks for hosting us!

The room is clean and tidy, the environment is very good Especially the housekeeper Xiao Tao! Arranged car pick-up, afternoon tea, photo shooting, very photogenic. A car can be dispatched at 11pm. The fruit breakfast is delicious. Breakfast is self-service. The housekeeper service is very good and patient. Santorini is also very photogenic. Highly recommended!

The hotel rooftop is so beautiful, and the travel photography is also very good. I stayed in a popular B&B for two nights before. I thought it would be convenient to pick up the high-speed rail on the last day. Finally, I chose this small hotel between Hilton and Indigo. Compared with the previous two hotels, it is newer and has better services. The housekeeper Xiao Tao is also very responsible. At 11 o'clock in the middle of the night, our disposable slippers were wet and he sent us new ones. My boyfriend and I sighed that it had to be a hotel. The popular B&B is even more expensive, and the service and hardware can't keep up. The bedding seems to be from the same factory or brand as Shangri-La. It feels very familiar to lie on it, and it is exactly the same as Shangri-La. 50% of the room is induction lights. If you have requirements for hardware facilities and sleeping bedding, go to the hotel without thinking. Don't stay in the popular B&B for a few photos during the day. It's expensive, and the hardware really can't keep up. The fourth floor is under renovation, but it is also very beautiful and photogenic. I look forward to choosing this one next time I come to Dali after the renovation!

Environment: To be fair, the room is very nice. It has a bathtub, a lot of space, and the bed is very comfortable. But once you leave the room, there are no facilities in the hotel. Most of the hotel is still a construction site, with renovations and additions being made every day. The second video is from the back of the hotel building. It is basically a construction site and has not been completed at all. Swimming pool: When booking, I saw that the hotel has a swimming pool. However, the swimming pool was under construction when we checked in and could not be used. In fact, we booked this hotel just to watch the Erhai swimming. If it is not available, we should communicate with the guests in advance. Basically the entire fourth floor of the hotel is a construction site. The waiter said that they had to build it before the peak season, but it was very embarrassing for our guests who stayed before the peak season, and in the end there was no compensation at all. Safety: Because there are renovations everywhere, there is still a strong smell of formaldehyde in the restaurant where we had breakfast. Because the child was sick, the family of three took a nap and it was very comfortable. Reminder, it takes 15 minutes to get to the airport, some airlines can only check in at the counter, and check-in stops 30 minutes before the flight takes off, so you must leave at least one hour in advance.
