Nice comfy place at Shuanglang. Good views from room and eating place. The staff are also nice. They help with bringing our luggage to and fro from our room to the reception.

Location is good, just walk a bit to the ancient town. Receptionist is very helpful and will try to satisfy our request.

The location is very far from the train station, we had photography and butler service along with afternoon tea all that we couldn’t enjoy for some reason because of their time restrictions to serve these, the breakfast was not good we also skipped it. The only extreme downside to this hotel is the location it’s actually impossible to get to it alone to the point that they have someone to take you there and take you outside of that area. The view was great tho!

Overall, the experience wasn't very good. Location of hotel is not very convenient. You gotta walk in and out of the dark alley. The staff don't provide butler service to travel in and out. They only fetch us in for check in & check out. Cleanliness of the room is also not ideal. There's blood stain on the blanket. During night time, the air con had a serious leakage of water. The view is the best.
