The location of the hotel is good, the room is clean and the facilities are also good. The room which we have booked was duplex and also have a balcony with a very nice Erhai lake view. 👍👍👍

There are bathrooms upstairs and downstairs, a kitchen at the entrance, two guest rooms, two large beds, and pillows of different heights to meet the needs of different groups of people. There are Chinese and Western breakfasts, with many choices and varieties.

The balcony of the room faces Erhai Bay, parking is very convenient, and the price-performance ratio is quite good. There are many good restaurants not far away. After dinner, you can take a slow walk along Erhai Bay back to the hotel. I will choose to stay here every time I come to Dali in the future.

There is a kitchen, a washing machine, and a balcony with views of Erhai Lake. All conditions are very good. Maybe the hotel is large, and there are other units in the same building. There are many elevators, but no elevator numbers. The front desk staff is not familiar with the traffic environment in the building. They asked me to move my luggage from the underground garage to the first floor, change the elevator on the first floor to the fourth floor, and change the elevator on the fourth floor to the eighth floor. In fact, I could have taken the elevator from the underground garage to the eighth floor!

The room is nice, the balcony is the highlight, the only drawback is that the view is a bit biased, it is close to the building opposite, so you need to pay attention to privacy. The scenery is really good, and the service staff are also very good

I booked a business room specifically for the balcony to see the Erhai Lake, and then after checking in, I found that the business room price had dropped by more than 200 yuan that day, only 387 yuan. It was a pity that I didn't have the habit of constantly refreshing the real-time room price before checking in. It was too much, so crazy. It was the first time that the price was raised like this. I wanted to have dinner in the hotel restaurant. I bought a set meal and went to the restaurant at 7:30 and was told that the chefs were off work. There is no star hotel service, right? There was nothing to eat for breakfast. Two children paid 28 yuan, and it felt that the food for the four of us was not worth 28 yuan. There was no toothpaste in the hotel's disposable toothbrush set. This is the first time I have seen such a configuration. In addition to the location near the high-speed rail and the view of Erhai Lake, there is really no other advantage, not worth it.

I came to the hotel again and brought my friends to stay. The service and facilities were still the same. The lady at the front desk was very enthusiastic. She said that she was busy during the holidays and was afraid that it would not be enough, so she gave us mineral water in advance!

I didn't see it clearly, but the front desk also told me that I could only see the house on the fourth floor. The shower room on the first floor was blocked when taking a shower. 2. The wooden floor on the second floor creaked when stepped on, which made me irritable when I got up at night. 3. The most speechless thing was the cat's eye. From the outside, You can see clearly inside. If it wasn't blocked with paper, you can see everything. It's a serious safety hazard. 4. It's breakfast. Ctrip wrote four breakfasts and gave three tickets. When I got off the elevator to the second floor, sometimes there were people collecting meal coupons and sometimes there was no one. Eating breakfast was like a fight. There was no order. There was only one bread machine and two holes were broken. A bunch of people were waiting. The labels of the dishes were incomplete and didn't match the numbers. It was a wolf in sheep's clothing. However, the room cleaning lady was really unexpected. When I transferred to the fourth floor, she was very polite and took the initiative to inform the route and remind me to pay attention to safety. The two points for service are for the cleaning lady. Finally, I checked the hotel information. This Holiday Inn is not the Holiday Inn Group.

The staff service is OK, and the sea view is not to mention that everyone can see it by themselves. The hotel is very close to Erhai Lake and there is an ecological corridor behind it. It is convenient for eating and the sky is very blue. There is a shooting platform on the roof of the hotel, which is even more perfect!

The hotel is cost-effective. This hotel looks quite local. The wood carvings look OK. It seems to have won many awards. The facilities and equipment are indeed a bit old, but the service is OK. Overall, parking is convenient, and it's okay!
