沒有電梯，海景房還要爬到五樓，衞生間有異味。 我們一人扛着20kg的行李箱，還沒爬玉龍雪山腿已經廢了一半。酒店還沒有房間電話聯繫櫃枱幫忙拿行李。
No lift and we booked lake view have to carry the 20kg luggage to 5th floor. The next day no phone can contact the front desk for helping carry the luggage down and we have to carry it again by ourself .The toilet got disgusting smell.
