Big and clean room. Bed and pillows are comfortable and breakfast is delicious. The staff are friendly and helpful, and went beyond their means to accommodate to our last minute request change due to unforeseen circumstances on our end.

Service here is great! 高高 was very helpful before we arrived and throughout our stay with different recommendations on how to get around and places to see. This is located in an area pretty central to a lot of the sites on the west side of the lake and tucked away so that you can enjoy some peace & calm. The staff is very friendly and helpful, love the breakfast and tea/coffee options!

I loved staying at this home stay place and highly recommend it. The service and stay was amazing. I stay in the zen realm room which was spacious and clean. The customer service was top notch and the breakfast provided in the morning was tasty. It is about 1-2 miles away from dali ancient city but you can take a little car ride there.

Excellent service, the people of the staff are amazingly welcoming. The hotel is located 15 minutes by car from the old town and 5 minutes by walking from one of the best spots of the lake, where every morning you can see a beautiful sunrise. You can also wonder the sunset from the rooftop of the hotel. The breakfast changes every few days, and is a set menu of vegetarian dishes as the hotel has a Buddhist philosophy.

I had booked the Inn after reading the many good reviews of travelers. It did not disappoint, far from it in fact as the service provided was top-notch. I had not planned any itinerary or sourced for any tours and instead asked the staffs for any recommended tour packages. They then connected me to a driver who was brought us around to the places that we want to go while advising us on any other attractions we might be interested in. We extended the tour to a 2nd day as we were pleased with his service. The Inn had also helped us book a car to the train station as we do not have a china mobile number. One of the staff, knowing that we need to leave early, went out of his way to purchase some bread and yogurt so that we can have it on the train as breakfast! The breakfast which they provide is delicious and healthy. Both my mom and I got hooked onto the rose flavoured red bean steam bun that they served and even went to search online where we can purchase it to bring it back to Singapore! I am recommending this Inn to all who want to stay in a slow paced environment while experiencing the comfort and service of a high range hotel.

Absolutely loved our stay! The hotel is beautiful and located about a 5 min walk from the lake. Nick was so accommodating…he went out of his way to make sure we had a nice stay and helped us with whatever we needed. We stayed for 5 nights and it was so relaxing, I could have stayed much longer. The only issue we had was the location, which was more touristy than we were expecting. Because of that, there was a lot of traffic getting to and from the old part of the city. Not a big problem overall, just a little inconvenient whenever we left or came back. Despite this I can’t recommend this place enough!

There are few written reviews. Today I want to specially praise the housekeeper Zhao Tao and all the hotel staff. Because I had to get up early to catch the plane, the hotel staff immediately helped to contact the car and prepared breakfast for us. I will continue to choose the inn when I come to Dali in the future. Not only the environment is good, but the service is better. By the way, I also praise the driver who sent me to the station. He introduced the attractions one by one along the way👍

Highly recommended. This stay was very comfortable. The housekeeper contacted us a few days before we came to remind us of the weather here, what we need to bring, including how to take the bus conveniently. After we arrived, the handsome guys here were very enthusiastic and helped with the luggage. The service was really great. They also helped us move the luggage out when we left. They always greeted us with a smile no matter what we asked for. It was really great👍

Life Zen is great in terms of layout, rooms, hygiene, service, and location. I am overall satisfied. The housekeeper Dahai is serious and enthusiastic about his work. He contacted us in advance and informed the details. He went to the parking lot to help with luggage and patiently introduced the surroundings. The rooftop platform has a wide view of the mountains and sea.

The hotel exceeded my expectations. The hotel partners are very enthusiastic. You can find them if you have any questions. They will help you carry your luggage upstairs. The breakfast is very rich and tastes very good. The hotel environment is very good, it is beautiful to take pictures, the room is very clean and tidy, and it is very comfortable to live in. I will choose this hotel again when I come to Dali next time!

The B&B is clean and sanitary, the staff is friendly and helpful, the breakfast is rich, and there is also a healthy rose afternoon tea. The public area on the first floor is very relaxing. You can drink tea and lie down in a daze. It's no problem not going out all day. It's a very good B&B. I will stay here again if I come to Dali next time.
