設施：應該是開了挺多年了，略顯陳舊，有歲月感。
但是挺乾淨的
衞生：挺乾淨的
環境：這裏不要太舒服了，周邊很安靜，很享受，唯獨就是海西這邊的海景房價格比較貴，要不然我可以一直住哈哈哈錢包不允許
總之，價格衹要自己覺得合適的話，可以來這裏

位置相當好，就挨着洱海廊道，離喜洲不遠，但遊客不多，很清靜，我們是第二次找回來住的，房間面向洱海，真正海景房，帶個露台可以對着洱海發呆喝茶，他們家還有專用停車場。

朋友推薦的民宿，後來知道是因為朋友帶了狗狗入住，這家酒店允許帶寵物入住。同樣的價格，應該有比他家好的民宿。
設施：典型的民宿，細節完全不能推敲，205房間衞生間淋浴在外坐便器在內，洗澡後上廁所衹能踩水！而且衞生間下水道持續翻臭！
衞生：晚上有小黑蟲飛到身上！都堅持忍了！
環境：最大的優勢是朋友訂的兩間房陽台直接看到洱海，很安靜！
服務：感覺老闆一家都不善言辭。冷冷的。早餐和訂餐都不敢恭維！
