Very good service by the staff, they go out of the way to make sure we felt taken care of, offering food and drinks, tips getting around, arranging transport. The room is also so very spacious, perfectly maintained, amazing window view. Highly recommend this if you are in the area.

great view from my room's terrace. staff were very friendly and helpful. breakfast was made fresh with local taste. the only downside is that it was quite a distance away from the Dali Train Station and Airport. But they are right by the roadside so it was easy to find them. there were some good eating places nearby too! the only thing i would say was a little inconvenient was the way the bathroom was designed. it seemed to be meant more for couple so there were some challenges when changing after shower. overall, it was a great staying experience.
