Very near to the Dali Ancient Town, about 7 mins walk to there. Very convenient as there are a few convenient mart nearby. Hotel's worker are very friendly, gave us very good suggestions of where to eat and where to go to take nice pictures. Sound insulation not that good, breakfast are fine but lack of choice. Else are fine. 距离大理古城非常靠近，步行大概7分钟就到了。附近有一些杂货店，比较方便。民宿的员工和老板都很好人，给我们推荐了好吃又地道的餐厅，还有给我们推荐了一些打卡网红景点。隔音稍微有点差，能听见隔壁房开关门的声音。早餐的米线蛮不错的，只是如果选择可以多加一些会更棒。

On the morning of the third day, I specifically told the front desk: "My room will be cleaned today, but I don't need to change the sheets and don't touch the bed." But I was shocked when I entered the room at nine o'clock in the evening. The room looked exactly like the one we left this morning. The only difference was that there were new towels in the room and the trash bags had been replaced. I asked the front desk and they said that the extension was just for "simple cleaning". I asked what "simple cleaning" was. mean? Is "simple cleaning" just changing towels and taking out the trash? The waiter said no, and said he should try not to touch the guests' belongings. I was wondering, are the washbasin (see the picture of the uncleaned washbasin) and toilet also belonging to the guests? Is the bathroom also a guest's property? Is the underground also a guest's property? Also, if the renewal is just a "simple return", then after staying for 4 or 7 nights, does the bathroom not need to be cleaned for such a long time? I guess they don't encourage or welcome extensions? The waiter was nice, she said she could clean our room right away, but we were too tired and didn't want to wait. We just wanted to take a shower and go to bed right away. And it wasn't her fault, so we declined her offer. Friendly advice: -The nails on the tatami need to be dealt with, they look damaged - Ceiling to floor glass windows leak when it rains (see photo) and need to be repaired Overall this hotel is worth staying at, they just need to clarify what "simply clean" means. I looked up the dictionary to find out what "clean" means and it clearly states that "clean" means cleaning and not Just change things. Don't discriminate against "extended" rooms. You can't stay for three or four days without cleaning the toilet!
