The service was exceptional! We had a personal butler who was super helpful and responsive to all the requests we had. She also helped us to arrange for a car service to explore the attractions that we wanted to see in Dali.
The hotel was modern, clean and centrally located in the heart of the ancient town. There are also some really nice photo spots and they provided snacks for us to feed the seagulls. Although there were insects that flew into the room at night, we asked for assistance and the staff promptly came to clean it up.
Overall we were very satisfied with our stay and would recommend others to stay here!

Hotel located in the middle of shuanglang street, easy access to stores and cafes. Room have a nice scenery, breakfast is huge and they gave us gift at the end of our stay. Overall is a nice experience.

Absolutely beautiful hotel, directed heavily to Chinese customers. The service was very very nice, and they helped me with everything I needed and were extremely nice and polite, always smiling which is something I don't see here often. The views from the room were incredible, everything was very clean and the hihh tea was very nice.. Some things I would improve, breakfast... I definetely not up to the price.
And I was quite surprised by the amount of people taking photos, if I wouldn't have booked a room with private view and terrace I wouldn't have been really annoyed by the people having photoshoot at all times ruining the view. But that doesn't take from the experience and I would absolutely recommend this hotel.

The boss is very nice and upgraded our room type, which is facing Cangshan Mountain, a great location to watch the sunset. There is a swing garden, and the restaurant is decorated in a Santorini style, which is very photogenic.

The location of the B&B is quite superior, and the ancient town of Shuanglang is just outside. I booked a Lingbo King Room, and the room setting with Erhai Lake is really amazing! The afternoon tea prepared was very rich and my daughter liked it very much~ The breakfast was also very delicate and delicious. The housekeeper was very considerate to pick us up and drop us off at the parking lot. In summary, except for being a little expensive, everything else was perfect~
