Mu Yun Flower House Reviews

This is one of the best and friendly hotels I have stayed so far. The front desk, and especially, the hotel restaurant staffs are exceptional helpful and polite. Location of the hotel is strategic too. Inside the ancient city but not in the heart where it can be very noisy. This place is quiet. Although there are many good restaurants within the ancient city, but I must say, their restaurants food and environment are the best. We had 2 dinners and 1 lunch at their restaurant, no regrets.

The hotel service is so good, they are very nice and friendly. The location is excellent and very convenient. Car can access and drop us off in the front of the hotel. However, it is unfortunate that the electricity was interrupted on the day we stayed and we did not use hot water. I think it was a unexpected event. But this hotel is affordable for staying.

The accommodation is located near the East gate of the Ancient City. We booked the largest family room - although it was located on the top floor, the staff were very friendly and helpful as they assisted us in moving our luggage to our room. The room was clean and comfortable

A quaint littke guesthouse not far from the East gate. The staff are super helpful, they don't speak English, but are happy to use their mobile phones to translate. The room is basic but clean, comfy beds and AC works well. The guest laundry came in handy, and there is a small place to hang your clothes undercover.

The location is nearby the ancient city and it is within walking distance. We got the upgraded room since we checkin earlier out from the checkin hours. The only problem is that you have to carry the luggage up to the floor you stay and is quite a distance and tough to walk from the counter to the room. The accommodation did provide drinking water machine so stay hydrated guys!

We had a lovely 1-night stay at Mu Yun Flower House. The room was clean, beds were comfortable, the bathrooms were really nice. Had some check-in issues, but the staff was helpful and understanding. Highly recommend renting electric scooters, only 30 yuan for the entire day, super convenient! Would stay here again!

Great stay, nice place. There was a lot of noise due to construction work, but everything else was ok!

We stayed in a room for 3 pax. The room is like a small apartment; spacious as it comes with 2 separate rooms and a common bathroom. As we were not used to using disposable towels, they have replaced them with normal cotton towels. We were staying at the 2nd floor and bathroom and has good water pressure. Service at the reception is top notch and really commendable. They were patient and offered to help book tickets and shared coordinates of locations as we were not able to read Chinese. When we checked out , we received 2 boxes of flower biscuit which was unexpected and was a pleasant surprise. As the hotel is situated near the east gate, it’s a good choice if you intend to travel towards erhai lake area.

The hotel is so beautiful the room is clean the guys is super helpful you can wash your clothes for free I really recommend this hotel the location is perfect inside the ancient city 💯💯

Room was clean and location good. Service was fantastic. Only downside is that they allow smoking in lobby. So was an unpleasant experience if one spend time at llobby. Other than that all was good order.

This is an excellent place with friendly people and a great place to stay for vacation.
