Excellent hotel.

Sisan hotel made our dali trip the best trip ever. The staffs welcomed us very warmly, they provided us high tea and coffees. Every single moments at sisan was so good and happy. I really wish i can come again and enjoy. The breakfast was so nice, interior, staffs, the lake view, beddings, bathroom everything so perfect. We were relly touched by the service too!

Our best stay in Dali to date! Very accomdative service in a simple yet reflective surrounding. The restaurant has a very creative blend of local n western cuisine with a good selection of beverages n drinks. The rooms are thoughtfully furnished for guests' comfort; no need to leave the hotel if one chooses to simply chill within. Already making plans for a return stay.

You need to swipe your card to enter the park. The privacy is very good. Even if you are not a guest staying in the hotel, you cannot enter the hotel area at will even if you have a meal or drink coffee. I like this very much. Hygiene: The room was not cleaned when I checked in. Now I walked around the hotel. It was still cloudy on the day of check-in, but it did not affect my mood. Whether it was the public area or the room, it was clean. I was very satisfied, especially the taste of the hotel. Environment: Nothing to say, a secret garden with winding paths. When you get out of the gate, you will see the people of Shuanglang. When you return to the hotel, you will be away from the hustle and bustle. The restaurant had a small display cabinet and the layout on the second floor, Yiji Store. The handsome guy who introduced me to the hotel during the meal opened my first impression of the hotel. The service was very good. I bought a pair of cups. After I came back, my friends also wanted to buy them. The taste of the restaurant was OK, but if you want the atmosphere, it is recommended to come at night. We came back from shopping outside and sat on the chairs at the door of the coffee shop. It was really comfortable. The staff lady took the initiative to bring a few glasses of water. It was very considerate. When I got home, I contacted the customer service to ask Yiji's customer service WeChat to buy the hotel chairs. It was so comfortable. The hotel provided a night bed service at night, with Tremella soup, which was very good. When I checked out, the front desk guy was the second one I thought had good service. He also gave two dolls before leaving, which were very cute. My mother especially likes Xishang and asked to stay next time, not just for one night. I forgot to mention afternoon tea and breakfast. Afternoon tea is very unique, different from the usual monotonous taste. Breakfast is simply amazing. If I didn't have a small appetite, I would really order everything. Surprised and satisfied Room 08 has a small terrace with a view of Erhai Lake. It has complete facilities. The room uses a key instead of a room card, which is amazing! The minibar and snacks are free and replenished every day. Bath balls are given when checking in, and fresh fruit plates are given every day. Films will be taken to give to guests as souvenirs. The mushroom chopstick holder is also very cute. The hotel provides free laundry service, which can wash 6 pieces. This is really friendly for people who take Dali as the last stop of their trip. After washing, the staff will pack and send it to the room. The environment is vibrant. There are ripe plums looking down from the terrace. There are various fruit trees and beautiful flowers in the public area, as well as bees of various colors! They are round and fat and very cute! The service is really invincible!!! The staff are beautiful and gentle. They will respond to any questions in a timely manner and ask about the guests' needs. The warm, thoughtful and meticulous service adds a better experience. Due to the schedule, I only stayed for two nights. I didn't stay long enough. I was reluctant to leave. Now I think of it as a beautiful memory. Next time I go to Dali, I will choose Xishang again!

This time I went on a trip with my girlfriends to Shuanglang, Erhai Lake. I was happy to stay at Xishang because I didn't stay there when I came at the end of March.
