This is probably one of the best hotels my family and I have stayed in. Not only was the location amazing (the hotel overlooks the Erhai and Cangshan, making breakfasts and any meals eaten extremely picturesque and peaceful) but the staff was incredibly kind, doing everything they could to ensure we were comfortable with our stay. On the day of our arrival, a staff came to pick us up from the taxi and carried our luggage to the hotel, making sure we wouldn't get lost. On our last day, another staff member took us to the bus station, carrying our bags and waiting until the bus came to pick us up. The hotel is located just off the main street, still next to the main shopping area, but allowing for a more quiet and peaceful environment. Everything about this hotel is beautiful, from the furniture to the rooms to the plants. We would highly recommend coming to this hotel, and we will definitely be staying here again. It was such a pleasant experience at Cloud House! The staff are very friendly, helpful and polite. They always put up a big smiling face and patiently address all your inquiries. They are very attentive👍🏼 The location was amazing. It is right next to the Erhai Lake. If you love the sea/lake vibe, this is your choice. Excellent sea view and hotel is clean but a bit small

Although the hotel has been open for several years, it is well maintained. The facilities and equipment are not old. The environment is very beautiful. You can take photos everywhere. You can directly see Erhai Lake from the balcony of the room. You can also hear the sound of Erhai Lake. The natural white noise is the best for falling asleep. The toilet in the room is smart. The speakers are Marshall and the hair dryer is Dyson. In addition, the hotel’s butler service is really great. You can’t drive into the ancient town, so you park your car in their parking lot. I wanted to stay in a waterfront room in Shuanglang. After choosing for a long time, I decided to stay in Yunli Xiaozuo. The B&B is near the water and cannot be accessed by car, so the innkeeper helped to pick up and drop off the luggage. I booked for three days, but the room I wanted to stay in was booked by someone else one day, so I couldn't stay for three consecutive days. So when I arrived at the B&B, I was immediately upgraded to a better room for free. I was very happy that I didn't have to move around. I could see Cangshan Mountain and Erhai Lake every day while lying in bed. The B&B is not big but very beautiful. The decoration is in Nanyang style. Every shot is very good. The B&B brothers and sisters are very good and considerate. There are afternoon tea and good night sweet soup. The breakfast is very rich, and the red soup wonton is delicious. A lot of seagulls came the day before I left, flying around outside the window. I will definitely come here again if I have the chance.
