Aifeng Hotel (Taiye International Plaza Branch, Dali High speed Railway Station)

The room was on a high floor, so the view was pretty good, and I got some nice outdoor shots. Facilities: Decent, everything was there! Cleanliness: Clean. Environment: Absolutely terrible. The elevator noise and conversations in the hallway could be heard directly in the room. Especially in this building, the elevator wasn't just noisy; it felt like the vibrations traveled into the room too! Couldn't get any sleep. Service: Very good.

We arrived quite late, but the hotel staff were very helpful, coming out to guide us to parking and assisting with our luggage.

The room was very spacious, with two separate rooms. However, for a transit hotel, the facilities and conditions were just acceptable. The room hallway could have been cleaner, but these are minor issues. Overall, it was satisfactory.

The rooms and hallways are quite old, and the facilities inside are also dated. As for hygiene, I asked for a change of bedding during my extended stay, but it wasn't done. Breakfast was a bit limited.

I booked a family room for over 360 yuan a night, on the 8th floor. It's right above a main road, and the soundproofing is terrible. I didn't sleep a wink all night. The interior decor is also a bit shabby, just like a very ordinary guesthouse.

Out of all the places I've stayed during my ten-plus days in Yunnan, this was by far the most comfortable. The suite was spacious and clean, with huge windows that let in plenty of light and offered direct views of Erhai Lake.

Upon entering the lobby, there was trash overflowing from both sides of the bins. The room's window sills were covered in dust, and the bathroom reeked. This place completely shattered my perception of hotels; even a hostel would be cleaner. Parking was also inconvenient.

This place really surprised me with its amazing ambiance! The decor is stylish and makes you feel very comfortable. Plus, the front desk staff are super nice.
