We had a good experience staying at this hotel. We had one day to spend in Dali and chose this hotel as we needed to depart from Dali Railway Station early in the morning. The hotel is at a comfortable 5 min walking distance from the train station.
The room is also clean and comfortable. The bathroom is simple but functional. The staff is helpful and quick to address your needs. Overall a good stay in Dali!

I really like the Tremella porridge in their hotel. It's not the kind of watery soup. I even drank two bowls. The breakfast is delicious. Then I like the room very much! Very smart. I drank wine the night before and didn't close the curtains. I was awakened by the sun in the morning. I was stunned when I opened my eyes. There was a sunrise. It was so beautiful! You can also see the snow on Cangshan Mountain! ! The beautiful lady at the front desk was very thoughtful. She helped to press the elevator and took us to see the room. She bowed and guided us. The service was really amazing. When we left, she also gave us a small gift and water. Oh! And coffee!!! This is really crazy praise, it tastes good, the taste is the kind of quality, freshly ground! Overall, the experience is very good, very satisfied, and it is the most comfortable stay in Dali these few days.

The room is quite satisfactory. The hotel facilities and management are good, better than the homestays in Dali. There is an underground parking garage under the hotel, but it is relatively small and can only accommodate a few cars. If it is full, you need to park in a nearby parking lot. Overall it’s a good experiences, Guest Relations team proactively recovered my bad experiences when we had the breakfast and extend the check out till 2pm with some amenities and fruits delivery.
Buffet restaurant definitely need more trainings about how to bring more efficient during the peak hours but service staff attitude are very positive. Breakfast food is ok.
Facilities are quite new and well maintained - reception helped to upgrade my rooms as we traveled together and arrange properly. Except the elevator which is quite odd that you have to take excessive steps to lobby.
Location is good near the bottom of the ErHai having a great seat view but if you want to go to the ancient city or some ancient towns to the west of the sea you’d better have a car or you have drivers.

This should be the best hotel in Dali. But it's because of the very personal service that the concierge gave. Coco went way beyond her responsibilities to meet our requests and even offer more than what we asked for. She always reponded to our weChat text very quickly. Coco really deserves to be rewarded. It reflects a good culture in the hotel as other staff are also very helpful. It really made our stay in Dali memorable. Location of the hotel is also very good; just opposite the cruise terminal and a short walk to many restaurants. The view of the lake from the room is really nice. Breakfast is also good and extensive. If I ever visit Dali again, I will surely stay at Pullman again, and look for Coco.

GGuest UserI think this is a really nice hotel and the people are very willing to help you. Breakfast is not a choice, but there is so much good food that comes on a tray. It's a walkable area but the area is incredibly expensive for China. If you're an expat, You should know some things...like 1st of all it's incredibly far from the train station about an hour and a 1/2. Secondly I don't think that the price for the queen suite is fair. I don't know what I can say but it was more expensive than a 4 mandarin grand carlton in other areas of China. While it was nice, the price doesn't reflect what you get. I'd stay here again, for sure, if I was going back to the area, but I would book one of their cheaper rooms. Service was great, but we got here (yes they tried to contact me in advance, but I don't speak much Chinese) and it was quite a puzzle in figuring how to get to the actual hotel. Luckily someone from another hotel was able to help. Once they knew we were here, they shuttled our luggage to the hotel and carried it to our rooms. The people working here are wonderful, but the area is very expensive and room prices for the queen suite are WAY more than you will get elsewhere in China.

Location: Ideally situated on the north side of old town Dali, it's conveniently accessible on foot or by electric bike. The surrounding area boasts a variety of trendy shops, yet remains far enough from the bustling streets to ensure a peaceful atmosphere.
Amenities: The room is equipped with modern amenities and cutting-edge technology, although we unfortunately couldn't fully utilize them due to our limited Chinese language skills. The rooms are immaculately clean, and the bed is incredibly soft and comfortable - I mean soft by Western standards - one of the best beds we've encountered on our trip so far.
Service: I can't praise their service enough! The husband and wife owners went above and beyond, calling us before our arrival to confirm our arrival time. During our stay, they arranged pickup and dropoff services for us, despite the crowds in old town due to the festival. They even helped carry our luggage up and down the stairs. They were kind enough to gift us fridge magnets as farewell gifts. Their helpfulness and valuable tips and recommendations made our stay truly memorable. Dali wouldn't have been the same without the homestay's owners - they deserve far more recognition!

The flowers in the yard are beautiful, and the sea view is unbeatable! I stayed here for another night and saw the sunrise, rainbow, and the full moon over Erhai Lake at night without leaving the house. It was really worth the trip! The breakfast was delicious, and it tasted even better with such a scenery! The boss and the housekeeper were very kind. They helped us contact a chartered car when we left for Lijiang! The kittens are also very cute and photogenic!

The innkeeper will help you move the suitcase into the room. The air conditioner and TV are Xiaomi brand. Breakfast is a traditional Chinese breakfast with noodles and various dim sum. RrobynwhaleyThis hotel is more like a flat, it's in a block of flats meaning cars can't pick you up from the door, you have to walk outside of the community. The view is gorgeous and the hotel will pick you up from the railway station and guide you to your room. It's on the opposite side of the lake to the attractions, which we didn't mind as it was nice and quiet and gives you a different view of the lake. The room is decorated with a lot of tacky toys, literally Teddy bears on the bed like a child's room, if they were gone it would be nicer.
